LIKE at HOME ​PALAU n° 11 Poolside Paradise Patio

The apartment Like at Home Palau is in a splendid position on the corner of the building, you can reach the garden and the swimming pools from both the double bedrooms and the large living room, and you can take advantage of the beautiful veranda for sunbathing on the two cubes with mattresses that are for your exclusive use.
The garden and the pools are of the condominium. The apartment has automated awnings and windbreaks, wii fii and it has just been renovated.

The apartment is equipped with countless COMFORTS, air conditioning, double sofa bed, TV, wii fii, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, washing machine, drying rack, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven and microwave, bed linen, bath towels and pool towels, showers, safe, swimming pool and Jacuzzi (no heated), awnings, windbreaks, interior and exterior parquet, mattresses for sunbathing, etc...
The house is suitable for families with small children, both rooms have direct access to the pool, imagine being able to relax by the pool, while your children sleep safely in the bedroom, apartment on the ground floor with no stairs.

Shared access with 3 other apartments. All of which are our property. It is possible to access the apartment from two different gates, a private one with intercom n° 11 in front of the building where I have installed a camera that monitors the entrance gate and a condominium gate that leads to the garden.
Palau is the name of the city and the address is Via Santo Stefano 4.
It is possible to park in front of the apartment.
Olbia is the closest airport it's 50 minutes away.

Prices include water, gas, electricity, bed linen, bath towels, beach towels, dishes, wii fii, and house cleaning at the end of the stay.
Please note that we do not have a 24-hour reception, so the arrival time you will provide is what our Manager Mr. Tonino will need as a reference to assist you. It is recommended that you send a message to the Manager and me 30 minutes before your arrival.

We have standard check-in times from 5 pm to 8 pm.
In case you have no choice and arrive very early in the morning or prefer to stay in the area until the departure time, you can leave your luggage safely with us, at no additional cost.

Check-out is from 8 am to 11 am, but we will be happy to meet you, according to your needs at no additional cost, if we don't have guests arriving on the same day, let me know well in advance.

The airport and the port of Olbia are about 50 min. from Palau, allow an extra hour if you need to rent a car.
You have to drive north, following the signs for Palau.

On request: cot, high chair, gate, and stroller for your child.

The swimming pool is suitable for swimming from April (Easter) to the end of October (if there are no unexpected hitches). Before entering the water, take a shower; the use of a swimming cap is mandatory; it is forbidden to spit, blow the nose, or urinate in water, and very young children should wear containment diapers.

Extra cleaning service is available upon request during your stay.
Education and respect are the basis of everything.
It is not allowed to play football in the garden and you cannot make noise before 8 am and after 10 pm and between 1 pm and 3 pm, Italians love their siesta.

The lifeguard is present between 10.30 and 12.30, when there is no lifeguard, each guest has the responsibility for himself and for his children.
It is not possible to eat or drink in the garden, and use chairs other than the white pool mats that you will find in the house, in the pool area the condominium requires the use of white towels.

Proper separation of garbage is very important, they give us hefty fines if you don't respect them. For all other information, we will explain everything on your arrival.

Since 2019 also here in Palau they have included the tourist tax for all tourists (over 12 years), for this reason, I need some information about you:

Name and surname,
date and place of birth
City of residence,
Identity card or passport number and place of issue of the document.

The tax is 2€ in the Low Season from 01/11 to 30/04,
and 3€ in the High season from 01/05 to 31/10 per adult per night, children up to the age of 12. A receipt will be given to you upon your arrival.

From the other guests, I need their names and surnames, gender, date, place of birth, and nationality.
