This residential complex is a few steps away from Palau centre town, was developed in the early eighties entirely at the back of the beach and all the units recall the typical Genovese style.
The entire complex is surrounded by Mediterranean greenery all the way to the sea at the back of the three beautiful beaches with crystal clear water and golden sand, pure Sardinia. By the last beach the iconic lighthouse that inspired the name of the place ( Faro means Lighthouse ).
The complex is divided in three sections: Faro, Pineta, Centro. In the Centro by the beautiful Piazzetta a great view on the sea and the islands of the Archipelago, great for Aperitivo at sunset at the Bar or an exquisite dinner at the Ristorante.
Porto Faro make your holiday life easy: all the basic services are present in the complex, Supermarket, bar, restaurant, Bus stop, taxi and ferries to La Maddalena are just a step away. It is the ideal solution for families and couples to enjoy pleasant and relaxing holidays by the sea without the need of the car.
The apartment is located in the front row of the residential complex Porto Faro, two room loft with wide seaside view from Porto Rafael to the island Santo Stefano. The unit consists of a large living roomwith sofa bed, L shaped kitchenette equipped with gas stove and fridge, double bedroom with large windows overlooking the sea, bathroom with shower and washing machine. In the loft area a sleeping area with two single beds and another bathroom. The outside terrace is fully equipped for nice evenings with friends enjoying dinner and view. Parking space in private area with remote control gate.
To know:
- âŹ300,00 security deposit at check-in with pre-authorisation on credit card;
- âŹ20,00 per person for any rental of bed linen and towels in cash (to be reported when booking);
- âŹ50,00 extra per animal in cash (to be reported when booking);
- âŹ3,00 per day per person for tourist tax in cash.
