Surrounded by a magnificent environment and quiet, the external spaces are really well organized, in a plot of 1934 square meters, there is a grass garden with pines trees and a pleasant shadow, ideal for the hottest days, which hosts the swimming pool 9x4,5 meters, the terrace with sun lounges, a pool house, with a barbecue area and the summer kitchen where to prepare delicious meals together, some hammocks for the perfect nap and the outdoor shower.
Just in front of the house a large terrace with table and chairs, for friendly dinners outside with the family after a day at the beach.
Villa Cassiopea is developed on two floor in 353 square meters, , on the ground floor the spacious living room, with big glass windows to admire the garden and the pool, sofas for relaxing, the fireplace, the TV and the dining area with table and chairs, there is also the fully equipped kitchen with the direct access to the terrace, highchairs for a fast breakfast, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and the dish washing machine.

At this level we find also the laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and by a corridor, directly from the entrance there are two bedrooms, one with three beds (2 twin beds plus a sofa bed), the other bedroom has 2 twin beds, they share the bathroom.

On the intermediate floor two more sleeping rooms, one with a double bed, the other with one single bed, they share the bathroom.
The last bedroom is located on the lower floor, it has en suite bathroom with bathtub and a double bed.

This is the ideal property where to spend relaxing moments with the family and friends, in a private atmosphere close to the most beautiful beaches of Costa Brava.
The property offers the wi fi connection and a garage for two cars.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval

The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
