Studio SUNNY is a golden average between the uninterrupted life of Morro Jable and the relaxation of Jadia Beach. That`s why the newly refurbished AMBER APARTMENTS also breathe new life into the surroundings. A design that reflects the individuality of the owners. A roof terrace that renews the established order, surrounded by palm trees, mountains, the ocean and a cosy local atmosphere. Our sincere and simple communication will help you have the best holiday of your life.
During your stay complimentary you can use the roof terrace for your rest, the terrace shower and bathroom. Also you can use the terrace kitchen for your food or drinks preparation with all amenities inside. There you will find the additional refrigerator, washing machine and drying machine. The vacuumed cleaner you can find in terrace bathroom.

Internal rules for apartments
- All apartments are for overnight stays only. Parties of any kind are strictly prohibited. If you are looking for an apartment for sitting or entertaining, please do not apply. The fine for organizing parties is EUR 200;
- We take special care to keep the apartments clean and smelling fresh. We declare and promise this to our customers. For this reason, smoking is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in the apartments, except in designated areas such as the balcony and the outdoor terrace. The fine for smoking is EUR 100; The fine is imposed if any traces of smoking are found in the apartment and if the smell of smoking is detected.
- Although we love animals very much ourselves, we do not allow pets in the apartments out of respect for our future clients who may have allergies;
- Clients are entirely responsible for their own safety in the apartments, staircase and terrace.
- It is forbidden to use sheets, blankets, towels and other outdoor items in the apartments - in case of use, you are obliged to reimburse the full cost of the item used;
- It is forbidden to remove any property from the apartment; if found to have been removed, you will be liable for the value of the property removed from the apartment;
- It is forbidden to intentionally damage any property belonging to the apartment - if found to have been damaged, you are liable to pay the full value of the damaged item or property;
- It is forbidden to throw anything other than toilet paper down the drain. In the event of a blockage in the sewerage system caused by you, you are liable to pay the full cost of rectifying the fault.
- It is forbidden to make noise late in the evening (between 22:00 and 09:00), to play loud music or in any other way disturb the peace and privacy of other guests - in case of violation, the police will be called for breach of public order without prior notice;
- It is forbidden to invite other, unregistered persons into the apartment without the consent of the apartment manager and without payment - if unauthorized persons are found to be present, a charge of ⏠50 per person per day applies;
- You are obliged to make sure that you report any accidental or intentional damage found or caused in the apartment (the damage is assessed by the apartment manager on the basis of the agreement between the parties and the value of the property), in most cases no compensation is due for reporting the damage, whereas if you do not report the damage, you are obliged to pay the full amount;
- The use of naked flames in the apartments is prohibited.
- In case of loss or damage of the apartment keys, a charge of ⏠20 applies;
- You must notify the apartment administrator of any broken or faulty appliances and other equipment in the apartment so that they can be repaired or repaired;
- You must comply with the instructions for use and safety of the equipment in the apartment;
- It is forbidden to leave unattended household appliances or other electrical devices switched on;
- It is strictly obligatory to turn off the air conditioning when leaving the apartment and to use it only when the windows are closed.
- When using the cooker in the apartment, the steam extraction system must be switched on.
- It is forbidden to leave unlocked empty apartments.
- In the event of equipment faults, we undertake to rectify any faults or defects as soon as possible. If the faults found are rectified in less than 2 working days you waive your right to claim compensation, otherwise you have the right to contact the apartment administrator for a partial compensation, extension of the reservation or any other arrangement.
- In the event of non-compliance with or breach of these rules, the apartment manager has the right to evict the Guests before the end of the agreed rental period.
- The Apartment Manager shall be entitled to claim damages from the Client for non-compliance or breach of the rules.
- The Apartment Manager is not responsible for personal belongings left in the apartment during the stay.
- You agree to pay a damage deposit of two nights` worth of damages if requested by the Apartment Manager. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure in case you have not broken any of the apartment rules.
- Additional housekeeping services may be provided to guests of the apartment: housekeeping and linen change ⏠50.
