Offering a wonderfully central location with the snow-capped mountains visible in the distance, this two-level condo is a modern-yet-cozy home base for your adventures in and around Pagosa Springs. The interior has been thoughtfully decorated with a contemporary sense of style, offering comfortable sofas and a flatscreen cable TV in the living room, an adjacent dining table for four, and a wood-burning stove to keep the entire space warm and inviting. Just down the hall, you'll find a half-bathroom, a full kitchen with black appliances and a pass-through window to the dining room table, a door to the back patio, and a private laundry room where you can toss the day's swimsuits, hiking clothes, or snowy socks. There's a second flatscreen TV in the loft-style bedroom upstairs, as well as a full bathroom and a lovely view of the mountains to wake up to each morning.

What's nearby:
This condo is ideally located four miles west of downtown Pagosa Springs, just about a block off of Highway 160. You'll be within walking distance of all sorts of restaurants, eateries, coffee shops, and conveniences, and one mile south of the Pagosa Springs Golf Club. If you head downtown, you can soak in the lovely Pagosa Hot Springs or go tubing or kayaking on the San Juan River. In the winter months, Wolf Creek Ski Area is only 28 miles northeast.

We arrived to find out the condo wasn’t clean and ready yet. The gentleman was so kind and the place was spotless when we arrived. You text to let me know that it was ready to go. Totally recommend this condo for its local and its overall appearance. Maybe get a new coffee pot. That coffee pot leaked all over the counter.

My third stay in Pagosa Springs

The local support from Evan was top shelf. He sincerely tried to fix the issues quickly and efficiently. However, there were several concerns. The door was unlocked and unsecure when i arrived. Evan quickly found tools to fix this. There was no liner in the kitchen garbage can. No dishwasher soap. There was was no wash cloth or sponge fo hand wash dishes. The bathroom sink drains slowly and its disgusting under the drain guard. The TV downstais did not work. Evan replaced it as soon as he got permission from the owner. The outlets upstairs will not support more than one device at a time. The pans were difficult to cook with as they did not have teflon. I understand the choice not to use teflon. However, if yhis is what you decide to do, there should be oil or cooking spray provided. The coffee pot was confusing and there were no directions. One of the windiws downstairs does not have a screen. For the duration of my stay, i felt like i was at ther mercy of a slumlord, which does not reflect the vibe i expect when i visit Pagosa Springs. This is my third time to visit. Therefore, these issues were quite unexpected. Future guests would appreciate you attending to these matters.

Great Property

Check-in process was easy. The place looked exactly like photos and was clean and basically had everything that we needed. Except for the firm mattress everything was great. Marked as a favorite stay place!

This unit does not have air conditioning. I stayed in the third week in August. the daytime temps were in the 80s, but given the upstairs sleeping area, with a window that faces west it was hot. To cool it off each night, I had to open the windows and turn on a floor fan. The listing should’ve been much more explicit. The unit carpet and scatter rugs were very dirty. Scatter rug should be washed every time the unit is rented, or just use bathmats which should get laundered. The unit needs a thorough cleaning, the windows were very dirty. I haven’t checked the original listing, but was surprised when there was no cable. I’ve never rented a VRBO that hasn’t had cable.

Family Ski Trip

This was an affordable property for us to stay at during our spring break ski trip. It was perfect for our family of 4! It was close to Wolf Creek and we were able to go right across the street for groceries! There were several options for dinner in town! They provided fans since there is no ac! The kitchen is well stocked and the condo was clean! My only complaint is there isn’t a bedroom door, but that’s just part of this condo layout! (We could always leave kids at home! lol) We would stay here again!

We celebrated our 54 th wedding anniversary there , conveniently located to grocery stores, Walmart , eating establishments and more . Quiet neighborhood. Clean and you have everything you need .

Perfect!

My family and I stayed here 4 days and 3 nights at this location. The property was the perfect size and great location to everything we wanted to do. We wanted a place we could all be together but also not somewhere to big being that we had plans for activities. This was the perfect place to come back change and grab some snacks before we headed back out. I would highly recommend for other active families or anyone looking for a cozy spot to come back o at the end of a long day on the mountains.

Great Spot in Pagosa Springs

I stayed here while skiing at Wolf Creek for a few days. Overall the place was perfect as it was an easy and beautiful 30 mile drive each morning to the ski area. Nearby were plenty of places to buy food and supplies. Furnishings were fine. TV and internet worked great.
