After a day of adventure, you can whip up an amazing meal in the chef's kitchen which includes a butler pantry, all granite countertops, high-end appliances, a 48 inch range, large refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Need to relax after a long hike or day on the slopes, take a soak in the hot tub or, even better, the cedar-lined wet sauna with aroma therapy, waterfall feature and large soaking tub. When you're done soaking, your towels will be warmed and waiting for you on the heated towel rack. There is also a dry sauna in the 3rd bed and a second en suite bathroom!



This beautiful home is perfectly located near hiking trails and bike paths, and only a short walk to Born Lake Reservoir where you can simply take in the views or spend the day fishing, paddle boarding and kayaking. In the evening sit under the stars in the hot tub or roast marshmallows around the fire pit on the spacious patio overlooking a wooded greenbelt. No matter how you choose to spend your time, Beaver Lodge is a perfect Colorado mountain getaway.



**SNOW CONDITIONS may arise during your winter season travel days or your vacation stay. Main roads are maintained throughout the day, however, many side roads receive less attention and every driveway has a different terrain. This home has a long steep driveway. For your safety, PLEASE BE PREPARED with snow chains for all two-wheel drive vehicles. ***AWD and 4X4 are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED during the months of November - April.***

HOUSE LAYOUT

The front entry leads to an open floor plan with the kitchen, living room, dining room and fabulous gourmet kitchen. The design is a vibrant blend of color, comfort, and sleek modern design. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer a stunning view of the lake and the San Juan Mountains, which is only accentuated by the warmth of the timber ceiling planks. The living room offers ample plush seating, a smart TV, and a gas stove. To the left is the fully equipped kitchen with everything you could desire, including a coffee/cocktail bar areas. Just beyond the living room are two bedrooms with very cozy Queen beds. Behind the living room you will find the huge primary bedroom and luxurious en suite bath with a free standing soaking tub, large shower, and beautiful modern tile work. Down the hall is the fourth bedroom with a twin trundle bed, as well as the laundry room with a washer and dryer and sink for convenience. The outside deck and patio offer seating, a grill, spectacular views, and nearby lake access (Lake access points are located on each end of Beaver Circle, about a 5 minute walk from the home).
