Close and walking distance to all the amenities, shopping, restaurants, golf, tennis, swimming, grocery and fitness center. Beautiful pond and views of the mountains will amaze you.

On the first floor, to the right of the entryway, you'll find a cozy bedroom featuring a comfortable queen-sized bed, along with an attached bathroom for added convenience. Step outside to your own furnished deck, where you can enjoy morning coffee, BBQ, or simply take in the breathtaking mountain views. A grassy area nearby provides a perfect space for outdoor activities.

To the left of the entryway on the main level, you'll discover a fully stocked kitchen, a welcoming dining area, a convenient laundry space, and a cozy living room. Large windows fill the room with natural light and offer stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The living room also features a queen size, pull-out Murphy bed, ideal for accommodating extra guests.

Heading upstairs, you’ll find two spacious sleeping rooms—one with a luxurious king-sized bed and the other with a comfortable queen. A shared bathroom serves the upstairs, offering both comfort and privacy.

The neighborhood invites you to explore, with charming walking paths that lead to local boutiques, coffee shops, and restaurants—all within easy reach.

There is plenty of parking spaces in the parking lot. There is no assigned parking spots for the unit.
There is no swimming allowed in the lakes.
Fishing: You will need to obtain a guest fishing permit for a small fee. Permits are located at the Rec Center located at 45 Eagles Loft Drive.

Non-motorized boating: You will need to obtain a boat permit for a small fee. Permits are located at the Rec Center located at 45 Eagles Loft Drive (some boats require inspection). *Please note that boats aren't permitted to be stored inside the Condo, boats are permitted to be stored at the access points with a permit.

Gym/Swimming: As a guest you are welcome to use the Rec Center located at 45 Eagles Loft Drive, there is also a fee to use this amenity.


Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in or late check-out is available for $15 per hour, which helps accommodate our cleaning schedule and preparation for the next guest.

Please contact the property manager to confirm availability for late check-out. Failure to comply with the check-out time may result in denied access to the property or immediate eviction.

Please note that trailers are not permitted to be parked anywhere within this condo association. Parking on the grass is also strictly prohibited. All vehicles must be parked in designated parking spaces. Violators are subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
