Sky Vista Lodge is a spectacular home away from home perched in the towering pines of the San Juan River Village neighborhood. With stunning views, its close proximity to Wolf Creek, and three stories of space and amenities, this lodge is ideal for family and friends looking for a Colorado escape. Whether it be soaking in the magnificent scenery on the wraparound deck with a cup of coffee or unwinding from a day of play in the hot tub under the stars, Sky Vista Lodge is waiting to accommodate your dream vacation.

**SNOW CONDITIONS may arise during your winter season travel days or your vacation stay. Main roads are maintained throughout the day, however, many side roads receive less attention and every driveway has a different terrain. HOUSE LAYOUT:
Sky Vista Lodge is located in the peaceful neighborhood of San Juan River Village, perched on a hill offering spectacular views, sweeping scenery of the valley, towering pines, and bluebird skies.
Upon entry, you are greeted by an open floor plan living room and dining room, accentuated by a vaulted ceiling, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The living room offers a gas fireplace, large TV featuring Roku, and a Yamaha speaker that connects to Bluetooth. Flowing forward is the dining room, right next to the windows featuring the gorgeous views to enjoy with your meal. To the right leads to the kitchen which is fully outfitted and spacious. On the right side of the dividing wall is a wet bar for your enjoyment and convenience. Directly through the kitchen leads to the laundry room which has a washer and dryer.
To the right of the kitchen/ wet bar leads to the private master bedroom suite, boasting a king bed, closet space, and personal door leading to the full bathroom. The bathroom has a wonderfully deep soaking tub as well as a gorgeous, tiled walk-in shower.
Downstairs leads to the bedroom. To the right is the king-size bedroom with a sleep number mattress, views, and closet space. In the middle is a full bathroom for convenience with a shower. The other downstairs bedroom features a queen sleep number bed, more views, and storage.There is a family dining and living space as well as a kitchenette. Perfect for large groups and multi family gatherings! The massive covered hot tub is perfectly situated off the walk out patio.
From the living room is a set of stairs that leads to the top level which opens to a spacious loft with seating and an office- perfect for working remotely. In the loft is a bunk bed with a twin over a full- perfect for kiddos! To the right of the living room is the first bedroom with a full bed. In the middle is another full bathroom with a shower. To the left is the second bedroom with a queen bed.
The home features a massive wraparound deck, both covered and uncovered, with a BBQ Grill. The hot tub is on the bottom floor patio with stunning views. There is also a three-car garage for your convenience. Perfect location and layout for the whole family to make fabulous memories!

- Must be 25 years old to reserve home.
- No parties or number of people staying than are paid for. These are causes for eviction with no refund.
- Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, and the manager may require proof of age.
- City and state taxes, in addition to cleaning fee and Standard Property Damage Protection Policy will be added to all reservation fees

Good for large groups

This is a large, pleasant house in a nice neighborhood nestled amongst towering pines just outside of Pagosa. Convenient location, and the property management team is very good. Check in/check out is very smooth and efficient.

Amazing

My family of 6 stayed and we absolutey loved it. The management communication was excellent. I was able to text and had very fast responses. There is a ton of space due to 3 levels. It is the perfect location between Wolf Creek Pass and Pagosa Springs. We will definitley stay again.

Great House with Lots of Room

Beautiful and spacious LOTS OF EXTRAS!

Everything was perfect! The view/stars, the hottub, so much space, extras in the kitchen, card games, very close to ski resort, good for old and young, peaceful and sooo much more. Don't hesitate! Book it! Jedd was super helpful in helping us find snowmobile tour and any questions asked.

The house was very clean and nicely furnished. Plenty of beds for a large group. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and pots and pans. Location at east side of town is nice for access to Wolf Creek Ski Area.

Amazing Location

We had an amazing vacation! Breathtaking views throughout the home. The multiple levels in This house was perfect for large families and small children. Our littles enjoyed sleigh riding right outside the house and playing in the snow! We will definitely be back!

Soul Sisters Retreat

What a wonderful place to stay. Very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and the deck where we enjoyed our morning coffee before starting our days event's. We enjoyed cooking our meals in the kitchen. Quite, peaceful place to rejuvenate. Would highly recommend.

Family Reunion

This property was amazing with wonderful views, a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of room for all of us and it was very close to town!! It was perfect for our needs!! We also appreciated the three car garage for loading and unloading, the wraparound deck, and the pleasant neighborhood!! My daughter had to irk while here and had no complaints about the Wi-Fi connection. We would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect vacation spot for our hiking crew of 9

We met our faraway family members in PS for our annual hiking trip. This house was big enough for everyone to have their own bed, yet perfect for evenings at the dining table playing cards. Communication with the hosts was easy. Totally recommend!!

This place is legit

We had such an amazing time. This house was perfect for us group of 10, and could fit more! House is at the top of the neighborhood so It has the most amazing views off the wrap around porch. A great layout. Had most of everything we needed, including the grill outside. Location was perfect just outside of town and close to Wolf Creek ski area. Communication was great and easy. We are already looking at booking again. Highly recommend!
