Main roads are maintained throughout the day, however, many side roads receive less attention and every driveway has a different terrain. HOUSE LAYOUT:

Located in the Pagosa Lakes District, our lovely home is the best of both worlds! Though it is only 5 minutes from uptown amenities, and 10 minutes from downtown experiences, this home is a tranquil escape amongst the oaks in a quiet neighborhood.

Upon entry, directly to the left is the first queen bedroom with closet space. Further down the hall to the right is another bedroom with two beds, closet space, and is themed with forest creatures- perfect for little ones! This opens to the downstairs lounge complete with a smart TV, seating options, games, books, and a full bathroom for convenience.

Upstairs is a warm, sun soaked open-floor plan lounge, living room, kitchen, and dining room. Immediately at the top of the stairs is another lounge that is perfect for a game space. Directly ahead is the living room with another smart TV, Wood Burning Stove, and floor to ceiling windows. The views can be further enjoyed as you move along to the dining room / coffee nook. Wrapping around leads to the full kitchen with ample space to whip any meal of your desire.

A door leads to the huge deck and outstanding views- we don’t call it Sierra Vista for nothing! There are many seating options, a gas firepit, and a bbq grill. Did we mention that there’s yard games too?

Inside, and to the right of the living room is the primary bedroom suite with a queen bed, storage space, views, and attached full bathroom. Past the living room is a half bath for convenience. Finally, there is another queen bedroom with closet space, and views to the back yard- perfect for watching deer!
