On Lake Hatcher! Great Views, Quiet Area, Close to Uptown, New Hot Tub!

This home located on the shore of Lake Hatcher where some of the best lake fishing in Pagosa is found. 4 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom, sleeps 9. 180+ degree unobstructed lake view, adjacent to green space which is perfect for a picnic and access to the lake for ice or summer fishing. This house has a fenced in yard for the furry ones (2 dog max). The kitchen is fully stocked with lots of extras. New Hot Tub just added!

On the main level is the large living room and formal dining area, both with amazing lake views, which is just off the kitchen with a breakfast nook and casual family room with sliding doors to the back deck. The main level also has a half bath, large laundry room, 2 car garage and an office with a single person fold out sleeping chair. The living room has a wood burning stove and the family room has a gas fireplace. There are views with each main room.

Take the custom stairscase upstairs where you will find the master bedroom with king bed, large bathroom and walk in closet all overlooking the lake. Down the hall are 3 more bedrooms. One with a queen bed and the other 2 each having 2 twin beds (one of the rooms "the kids cave" has a twin trundle bed set up). These 3 bedrooms share a full bathroom. Each of the bedrooms have black out shades and a very nicely furnished. The Kids Cave has a large TV and is a perfect room to play games and hang out.

This house has high speed internet, is close to numerous hiking and biking trails, cross country skiing and is 10 minutes from shopping, dining and the recreation center.

All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.

This home is pet friendly. 2 dog max. Please contact us for details and fees. The pet fee is 75.00 per dog, as well as a refundable 100.00 per dog as well.

There is no swimming allowed in the lake

Please note there is a $50 cancellation fee that applies to all cancellations made after booking.

Quick get away.

Beautiful House and Location

We have rented through VRBO for about 10 years and have to say this house is our new favorite in Pagosa. The setting is idylic with views of the mountains and peaceful Lake Hatcher. Every detail has been meticulously considered and this home gets the grand prize for well-stocked kitchens and essentials. From the hot tub and comfortable beds to the furnishings and art, we enjoyed every minute. The owners are gracious hosts that know how to make their guests feel welcome and cared for. This will be the first rental we check for availability the next time we visit Pagosa Springs.

Beyond expectations

This place did not disappoint. Comfort, hospitality and a beautiful place to stay. My husband, my 2 adult boys and their wives were all pleased with everything about this house. The hot tub after a full day of skiing was just what we needed. Managrment contacted me before our stay to make sure we had everything we need and to let us know they were there if we needed them. We didn't need them our stay was perfect. This is on the top of our list of places to stay in Pagosa Springs. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely Home - Comfortable & Well Maintained

You couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. The view is fantastic, neighborhood is quiet, home is wonderful!! Kitchen is well supplied with pretty much any dish or tool you might need. We were so pleased with our stay Lake Hatcher! The home was high end furnishings with a well stocked kitchen. We used the gas fireplace in the den every night and on the rainy days. We were so comfy! Even our dogs loved the yard and deck.

Relaxing and peaceful Lake Hatchet

House right in the lake to enjoy sunlit mornings and moonlit nights. So relaxing and peaceful! Enjoyed watching my grandkids and grown children enjoy fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding. Stunning Location

We had a very relaxing 10 days at this property. Its location is amazing - right on the lake - and we enjoyed sitting on the deck every morning with our coffee watching the fish jumping and the ducks and geese swimming by. It is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need.

Perfect Home for Long Vacation!

Our family came to Colorado for 10 days to escape the Texas heat. While we did hike, fish, and kayak, we were also looking for a home that we could play games, watch movies, build puzzles, and just relax. This home was perfect! There is plenty of space for a family, including multiple areas to hang out - family room, living room, kids cave. The dining room table served as our puzzle/game table, while the kids cave was the perfect place to watch movies. My husband is in grad school and had to complete online classes during our visit. There were zero issues with WIFI connectivity. And let’s talk about the access to the beauty of Colorado - Obviously this house is located right on Lake Hatcher, but it is also only 20 minutes from some AMAZING hikes!! So many essentials (sunscreen, detergent, bug spray) were available for our use. It was like being at our own home. There wasn’t a thing we wished was included in the house. We definitely hope to return to this wonderful home!!
