Great View, Near National Forest

This beautiful cabin home is located in one of the most desirable vacation locations in Pagosa, just 8 minutes from town and about 15 minutes to Wolf Creek Ski Basin. The San Juan River Village is surrounded by 3 million acres of national forest. You'll wake up to great mountain & forest views with plenty of areas for fishing, hiking and exploring nearby.

The home is completely furnished and very spacious with 4 king bedrooms and a trailer friendly driveway. On the main floor you'll find the kitchen, dining & living area, 2 king bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a balcony with plenty of space to enjoy the view. Downstairs there are two more bedrooms. One with a king size bed, a twin bed, a twin bunk bed and a full attached bathroom. The other with a king size bed, a twin bunk bed and an entertainment area with a large TV & seating area.

There is a blackstone grill on the back deck with a gas fire pit.

The San Juan River Village subdivision has private fishing access to the San Juan River as well as some fishing ponds located around the neighborhood. Please ask for more information on fishing.

All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.

This home does not have AC

Please note there is a $50 cancellation fee that applies to all cancellations made after booking.

This is a pet friendly home. 2 dog maximum unless authorized. There is a $75.00 pet fee per dog as well as a refundable pet deposit of $100.00 per dog.

This is a fabulous place to stay! Incredible views and a terrific location! Very clean, nicely finished, and I would recommend it to anyone. Great WiFi and we thoroughly enjoyed the hummingbirds that visited the porch.

Loved the place. Clean and nicely configured along with plenty of space to spread out. Loved sitting on deck and watching humming birds and mountains in the evening. Hate to give great review as definitely will be back if we can find availability and sure the ratings won’t help our cause! Lol

Great place for a family ski get away

The house was exceptional. We had plenty of space for all 10 of us. It was a great location. Close to town and close to the ski slopes. It was very clean and had everything we needed and more!

Pagosa Vacation

Absolutely loved everything about the home. Beautiful Mountain View from living room or on balcony with morning Coffee. Loved that they had box fans available, as I’m use to sleeping with one! Location to Pagosa and Wolf Creek Ski resort were perfect! Couldn’t have asked for anything more!

What a fabulous place!

Amazing home. Bedroom options were great for our entire family. Porch was lovely. Kitchen was extremely well equipped. Extra fridge was a win. Little things like extra dining chairs and leaves for the table were super helpful. Plenty of fans. Main room got a bit warm during the day, we had a warm week in August, but the fans helped cool it down at night. Plenty of parking. It's a 15 minute drive to Pagosa, but if you're headed to ski, it's 15 minutes closer! Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely loved this home and a short drive to town. Home had everything and property contact was extremely fast at replying. I even asked if there was a bbq put on site and she got me 2 gas tanks for the grill same day. views are amazing. Just amazing experience!

Perfect rental for what we needed

Overall, this was an amazing stay and we could not have asked for a better experience. The property was clean and well maintained. The communication with the property managers was excellent, consistent, and very helpful. We could not have asked for a better rental.

Great location, great accommodations

Our group of eight (4 adults and 4 teens) and two dogs stayed at the house in January. It was a very comfortable house with a well stocked kitchen and a great location. It was an easy drive into town and a reasonable drive up to Wolf Creek. There are beautiful views and lots of comfortable places to hang out and play board games. I would definitely come back!!

Great accommodations and perfect for kids

House was fantastic. Very clean, great views, everything we needed, and perfect for a couple families and lots of kids. Two bedrooms upstairs for two couples and two bedrooms downstairs with tons of beds for kiddos. Great views and perfect location to get to Wolf Creek. Would highly recommend.

Perfect!!!!

This place was absolutely perfect. Location is great if looking forward to Skiing at Wolf Creek. Everything was supplied. The only things we would preferred different are 1. Curtains in master suite to block the sunlight at daybreak. 2. The was only TVs in the living areas, none in bedrooms.

Just beautiful and comfortable

This home is stunning with the views and decor, the beds are so comfortable. The place is roomy and the basement stays so cool in the summer. It is well stocked with anything you could need. We loved our stay here.
