**SNOW CONDITIONS may arise during your winter season travel days or your vacation stay. Main roads are maintained throughout the day, however, many side roads receive less attention and every driveway has a different terrain. HOUSE LAYOUT

A highlight of this home is the spacious, covered, wrap-around deck that invites you to soak in the San Juan Mountain views. Upon entering the home, you are greeted with a warm and wonderful family room covered in custom tongue and groove pine ceilings. The open floor plan connects you to a large eat-in, fully stocked kitchen/dining area which boasts lovely mountain views. On this same main level, you'll find the spacious and light-filled master bedroom with its own outdoor deck access as well as a full en suite bathroom and closet. Also on this floor is a half bath, full laundry room, and garage access.

On the second floor are two more bedrooms, including three queen beds with ample room to relax, unwind, and enjoy. One of these bedrooms has its own large wooden balcony access which looks out onto forested areas. Each room has plenty of closet and drawer space for your belongings. Also on this floor is a full-sized bath with two sinks and a tub/shower.

Between the location, the amenities, all new furniture, and the decor throughout the home, you won't want to leave!

This is the second time staying in this cabin. It’s comfortable and has everything needed for a get away. The beds are comfortable as well. It could use a smidge of updating such as carpeting, but overall the cabin is functional and comfortable.

Everything and more!!

This house was exactly as advertised and exactly what we needed for this trip. Plenty of room for eight to relax after a long day of skiing. Kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of utensils!!! An extra plus for this property is the two car garage!!!!The property manager was very responsive. We arrived ahead of schedule and was able arrange an early checkin.

Fun get away

Quiet Dated Cabin

The cabin was quite comfortable and quiet. We loved the wrap around porch and the surroundings - wonderful pines. The cabin is fairly dated in the kitchen and beds. Bedding had foam pads up stairs and no box spring down stairs with non-cotton sheets. Nevertheless, really liked staying there and the property manager was great to work with.

Wonderful Stay!

My family had a wonderful stay at this house. It was clean and the layout is great with the kid's being able to be upstairs with their own bathroom. Less than 20 minutes from Wolf Creek ski area and 10 min from Pagosa, it was the perfect location. Highly recommend!

Colorfest 2023

We had a wonderful stay for this year’s Colorfest. The property was close enough to town to go back and forth but enabled us to have a quiet getaway, as well. The neighborhood was home to turkeys, deer and a lot of bird life. We enjoyed sunsets from the rocking chairs on the porch.

Great Location, Wonderful Property

Great location, easy to find, quiet, and just minutes from Pagosa Springs. Very little traffic noise from the highway. Property was clean and orderly, and everything worked as advertised. Our only complaint was the small angled driveway to get our vehicle in the garage, that took a little practice, but not a major item. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we enjoyed it!

Small Family Gathering

This was a perfect place for a small portion of my family to meet up for a relaxing extended weekend. We were able to cook and relax both inside and on the hige porch outside. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. The hosts were fantastic.

Needs some work

The House location is awesome, There is NO AC so just keep that in mind The beds are not great, the linen is terrible, it felt like a cheap hotel, Everything is just dingy The carpet is in terrible condition, cleaning it is not going to help it My daughter is allergic to animals and her asthma kicked in on the first night from her allergies and after the 2nd night we had to leave it was so bad. The door frame is coming off on the main bedroom door and the main bathroom toilet was not flushing right either. This place clearly needs some work, everything just feels old and dirty Could not get the TV to work either even texted the management a few times about it but no response After we left the management did call me to talk about everything I really hope she can get it all fixed because it has potential but right now I would not be renting this place.

Quick weekend getaway

We had a wonderful time and the cabin provided everything we needed and was very comfortable. It was very clean and amenities were as advertised. When we went, the outside temps were in the 80's and there is no A/C. The management promptly brought us a box fan and that was all we needed. We were there for a weekend of hiking and rest. The Cabin is a close drive to several breathtaking trails and very easy access to town and restaurants. The restaurant guide that the owners left us was so helpful as well.

Great Stay

Stay was wonderful, house has everything needed for an amazing stay. The only thing was box fans were listed but not provided, we have been to Pagosa before so brought a few just in case. You will not regret booking this place, plenty of room for a family.
