C'EST UNE GRANDE CABINE AVEC UN BAIN CHAUD ET UNE VUE INCROYABLE !!!!!!!

NOUVEAU HOT TUB CLOSE 2 TOUT LE CENTRE-VILLE MAIS PAS TROP PROCHE DE L'AUTOROUTE!

Marchez jusqu'aux lacs. PrĂšs de restaurants, magasins, golf, pĂȘche, centre de loisirs !! Tous Ă  moins d'un mile.

Ceci est une location plus rĂ©cente de premier ordre. Cette maison a Ă©tĂ© achetĂ©e Ă  la mi-octobre 2015 et fortement rĂ©novĂ©e. C'est une maison Ă©purĂ©e trĂšs bien meublĂ©e avec beaucoup d'espace pour s'Ă©tendre. D'Ă©normes lits faits Ă  la main avec une structure en bois et une table basse assortie dans le salon, tout le monde peut se dĂ©placer. Placards en cĂšdre et plafond Ă  languette et rainure Ă  travers la plupart de la cabine !! Au sol, poĂȘle Ă  gaz et cheminĂ©e.

4 chambres 2 salles de bain avec dĂ©cor cabinesque et superbe vue sur le pic Pagosa et Continental Divide. Il y a de la place pour 10 lits (1 K, 4 Q). Nous sommes Ă  proximitĂ© de l'Ă©picerie, du lac, du terrain de golf, du centre de loisirs, de la pĂȘche et du WalMart, mais pas assez prĂšs pour avoir du bruit sur l'autoroute. Le domaine skiable de Wolf Creek est Ă  environ 30 minutes en voiture. Il y a un garage pour 2 vĂ©hicules et beaucoup d'espace pour ranger vos skis / planches Ă  vĂ©los dans le garage.

Cette maison a des comptoirs en carreaux de granit, une moquette amĂ©liorĂ©e, des bains / cuisine et des entrĂ©es et une chambre. Vous allez adorer les draps en flanelle en hiver. Cette maison dispose d'appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers neufs ou rĂ©cents et d'un mobilier de style cabine moderne. Nous sommes fiers de garder nos locations TRÈS propres et vous vous trouverez trĂšs Ă  l'aise dans notre maison. La maison dispose d'un chauffage au sol, d'un poĂȘle Ă  gaz ET d'un foyer au bois. Il y a 2400 pieds spacieux sur un seul niveau. Nous pensons que vous devriez ĂȘtre Ă  l'aise et vous assurer qu'il y a un garde-manger et une cuisine bien approvisionnĂ©s, un dĂ©tergent Ă  lessive et au moins suffisamment d'articles essentiels pour vous aider Ă  dĂ©marrer, etc. Nous sommes toujours disponibles pour vous aider!

CUISINE
CuisiniÚre à gaz et plaque de cuisson, réfrigérateur cÎte à cÎte avec glace / eau dans la porte, micro-ondes, mijoteuse, grille-pain 4 tranches, mixeur, cafetiÚres réguliÚres et expresso, rÎtissoire, ustensiles de cuisine en acier inoxydable, nombreux plats, accessoires, ustensiles de cuisson, etc. SiÚges pour 6 à la table de la salle à manger en tremble, 4 au bar du petit déjeuner.

DES CHAMBRES
Il y a une chambre principale king, une grande chambre queen, une grande chambre queen avec lits superposés (4 couchages) et une plus petite chambre queen. Toutes les chambres ont des placards sauf la petite reine qui a une commode et une table de nuit. Ma femme et moi avons fait à la main d'énormes lits à ossature de bois, des tables et des meubles d'appoint pour ces chambres maintenant que nous avons récoltés sur des sapins douglas de 400 ans morts debout de la Weminuche.

SALLE DE BAINS
Le maĂźtre a un double lavabo, une grande baignoire jacuzzi et une douche.
Le deuxiĂšme bain a un combo lavabo et baignoire / douche.
Nous avons un chauffe-eau haute capacité de 80 gallons.

DIVERTISSEMENT
Le baby-foot est dans le garage chauffé surdimensionné.
Vous trouverez des jeux de cartes, des jeux de société et une télévision connectée grand écran avec satellite dans la grande salle. Beaucoup de siÚges pour tout le monde !!

Laveuse / sécheuse pleine grandeur et cuve de lavage.


À L'EXTÉRIEUR
Le pont surélevé est entiÚrement couvert et offre une vue imprenable sur le pic Pagosa et la gamme en toutes saisons et dispose d'une grande table et de bancs à ossature bois et d'un grand gril à 5 brûleurs. La zone est éclairée et dispose d'un ventilateur et c'est là que se trouve le bain à remous!

INFORMATION ADDITIONNELLE
Dans le cadre de la PLPOA, vous pouvez utiliser le centre de loisirs pour 8 $ par personne et par jour, la piscine intĂ©rieure, le jacuzzi, la salle de musculation et le raquetball, et acheter des permis de pĂȘche Ă  court terme pour le lac approvisionnĂ©.
DĂ©pĂŽt remboursable de 500 $. Couvre les dommages accidentels et le nettoyage excessif.
Le nettoyage est basé sur le nettoyage de 2 personnes pendant 4 heures. Heures supplémentaires facturées à 25 $ l'heure. Vous traitez bien notre maison, nous vous traitons bien :).
Le nettoyage et les frais Ă  chaud sont de 200 $.

Our hosts were so welcoming! The property was clean and the kids loved the jacuzzi and video games. Everything you need in the kitchen, plenty of room to expand and enjoy. Deer and fox in the neighborhood, we saw them nightly. Fishing through the clubhouse, inexpensive and the lakes are less crowded than public lakes.

Great location. Comfortable and clean!

My husband and I stayed in this wonderful house. Everything was comfortable and simple. The location was convenient to everything. We used the gas fireplace as it had gotten a little chilly and it worked great. The hottub was a perfect start and end to each day of activities! It was nice to have a washer and dryer available with detergent and dryer sheets, too. This would be a great place for large families or couples/friends traveling together.

Great space for family gathering!

This property was perfect for family members to spend quality time together. All the while providing each of us with our own quiet space and privacy. It was easy to stay organized and focused on the time we spent together. We were able to cook together easily, due to the natural flow of the kitchen, workspace and dining options. We had a family reunion with 18 guests and it was a wonderful day! The organized layout of this home made the workload so easy that we were able to focus on the most important part of our stay.....family!!! Thank you Ken and Anita!!

Everything you need in a great location

The house was well stocked and more than enough room for our family. The kids had space to spread out and slept well in the comfortable bunk beds. Everyone had room to spread out and lots of things inside and outside to entertain a wide age range of people. We drove to ski everyday and came home to cook dinner every night. The kitchen was well stocked and an easy drive to everything you may need. Home owners responded quickly with any questions and gave tips and advice as well.

Great winter stay!

The house is just as described. It is a beautiful home with everything you could need. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. From spices, to bake ware, to bowls, utensils and even found saran wrap when I needed it. The owners were very responsive and were even willing to let us in a little early. The heated floors were a treat when we arrived. We loved the huge bean bags and the big comfy couch. The highlight for most was the Pac Man game! The rooms were plenty big for our party of 9 (4 adults and 5 teen/kids). We appreciated the fire stove, the hot tub in back and the responsiveness of the hosts. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfy stay. We skied Wolf Creek and did the hot springs too; all in easy driving distance. Thanks for sharing your home with us, Ken and Anita!

The house was spectacular. Had all we needed and even more.

We loved this house. House H-D a great layout and location close to town. Owner even stopped by early and shoveled the drive and door way when we received about 6” of fresh snow overnight. Hot tub was nice as well. The covered patio shaded the area which allowed for hot tub sitting while it was actively snowing. Pretty cool. Will definitely have this house on tops of our list when we return.

Wonderful house

Our extended family of 10 had a great ski vacation staying here. The house was spacious and we were able to cook all our meals and eat together at the counter bar and kitchen table. The hot tub was also a hit as well as the heated garage for all our ski gear!

We had multiple family members meet in pagosa for the holidays. The house was the perfect size to sleep all of us. The kitchen and family area was also perfect for cooking and gathering. Would definitely recommend!

Spacious, comfortable, and well equipped home that was a pleasure to come back to after the skiing.

We were pleasantly surprised when we pulled into garage and entered this home. This property had everything we wanted and more. Great bedrooms and good baths. Master had a shower and a jet tub. Great family room with fireplace, large TV and a great play table surrounded by comfortable sectional couch. Kitchen had all quality appliances and plenty of dishes, flatware, pots and pans, etc. It was easy to cook meals which came in handy in the middle of prolonged snow storm. My kids went out on the back yard and put up a snow man. Owners came in one morning during the snow storm and shoveled the driveway for us. Both Ken and Anita were most helpful. We would definitely consider renting this home again next year if decide to ski Wolf Creek Pass.

We enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home in Pagosa Springs. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home! The view was amazing from the beautiful back deck, as was the hot tub very relaxing! My mother uses a walking cane & had no problems getting around inside and outside your home! We thoroughly enjoyed our time with family and we will definitely be coming for a return visit! Excellent house in great location

Our trip to Pagosa Springs in an annual trip. We have stayed a several different places over the years and this home is at the top of the list. Excellent home with ALL the amenities you need, hot tub included right on the back deck. I have stayed in similar caliber homes in the area as well as others that are larger and make big promises but fall short with even the simple details of Wifi or Cable. Not to worry here. Walk in, unpack and make yourself at home. Thanks for the stay and we look forward to more in the future.

A Good Time Was Had By All!

We have just returned home after spending a week at your lovely home in Pagosa Springs. The location is perfect. It's close and yet in a quiet, scenic area looking over the golf course and onto Pagosa Peak and the beautiful mountains. We really enjoyed our stay at your property. Proximity to the golf course was important to us, and it was close to that as well as all amenities in Pagosa Springs. The house was clean and well maintained and quite roomy. I would recommend a stay here. Thanks!

Relax in the warmth and beauty of this home with everything you could ever need or want

This beautiful home captures every aspect of relaxation and beauty of the area, and has every amenity you could ever need. This gorgeous 4 bedroom 2 bath, with privacy plus, modern home, is a great place to enjoy family and friends without stepping on each others toes. A huge family area to converse or watch Dish Network, or Netflix, in front of the fireplace or by the stove after a day of hiking or skiing, in the winter, or to relax after a swim, hike, rafting trip, or a spetacular train ride. Durango is an hour away and the 7 hour trip to Silverton, and time to shop, eat or take in the areas beauty, then the trip back to Durango all on a steam train. Having gone in the hot summer time we never lacked for things to do, and see. Once you return to this relaixng home at the end of your day there is nothing but thoughts of relaxing in the jetted bathtub, or perhaps a cookout on the covered patio. Or a game of foosball in the heated garage. The kitchen is large and has everything you would ever need to fix a gourmet dinner or a simple meal, with seating at the table or bar, with seating for at least 12. Home away from home is an understatement, and the hosts were attentive and made sure we lacked for nothing. I would recommend this home to anyone, we enjoyed it for 2 weeks and would love to stay there again. All on one level living in a quiet and serene area bordering a golf course, with fishing and workout center , at the clubhouse along with an indoor pool. A bargain price for a 5 star home. Don't miss the opportunity to look at this beautiful home and decide for yourself, that the handmade furniture, comfy beds and room to get away to yourself, pass you by. Cannot wait to return. This is a very nice place

Spacious, clean, full amenities. DishTV plus Netflixs. Good size bedrooms. Great master closet. Neat large garage and useful laundry closet entry area. Owners very responsive. Great for family gathering. Kids enjoyed it. A few minor quibbles but nothing that couldn't be remedied. Would rent this again.
