Set high above the breathtaking landscapes of Manson Mesa, the Rim View Grand stands as the newest, largest, and most luxurious vacation rental in Page. Spanning over 7,000 square feet, this extraordinary estate redefines upscale desert living with unmatched space, design, and panoramic views in every direction.

Designed to accommodate large groups in absolute comfort, the home features seven king-size bedrooms and six full bathrooms, offering a rare level of luxury and privacy for every guest. Two of the ensuite bedrooms—including the primary suite—are conveniently located on the main level, while the remaining five bedrooms are situated upstairs, creating an ideal balance for multi-generational stays, executive retreats, and upscale group gatherings. 14 guest maximum.

At the heart of the home, indoor and outdoor living blend effortlessly. The chef’s kitchen is complemented by a fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with everything needed to make a spectacular dinner including a gas range. Additinally, the outdoor grilling area includes a propane-powered top-of-the-line grill and a premium pizza oven, perfect for creating unforgettable meals while taking in the surrounding views.

How are we different from the everyone else EXCEPT the Rim View Chateau (our sister property)
- We allow our guests to use everything on the property including the firepits, grills, leds and fireplaces.
- Black out blinds in each of the bedrooms
- We have upgraded DISH network that feeds the two main 72 inch televsions in the house.
- The pool and spa are fully gated from the rest of the property for child safety.
- We have NO additional charges for Property Managers or Property Management and we see our competitors charging as much as $1000 for PM fees and they don't even have a PM company.

What you can not do at the Rim View Grand:

This property is AMAZING!Better than we expected. The house is lovely and spacious. We had 3 families with 13 people and had more than enough room. So many fun things for all ages from 5 to 50. The property managers and owners we so easy to work with. The kids all asked if we could stay here every time we come to page.The best part is the view. Spectacular.!

This house was absolutely amazing!!! There couldn't possibly be a negative thing to say about anything. If you want to stay in the best place ever in your whole life stay here. My guests that came with me were in awe!! The owner Scott came by and spoke with my brother. I was out shopping but they had already met on the plane on the way to page and Scott didn't know we were staying in his house until he knocked on the door. John and everyone who met him really liked him They really hit it off. I could go on for days about everything in this home. Scott planned well when he built this place. It is great for big groups. The kitchen has 2 big islands. All the furniture is so comfy. You just melt into the beds. I didn't get to doing half the things there are to do at the house. The 360 veiw is jaw dropping! When your driving down the road in town you look up and there it is your own beautiful castle on the top of the hill. Mahalo Scott and family for letting us experience this treasure. We truely were blessed and greatful

Stunning! Our own private resort for our yearly family vacation. The house had everything we needed and more. Enough activities to keep the whole family (ages 70-4 years old) busy, relaxed and happy. Great proximity to Lake Powell activities. Incredible views from every deck and window. Very comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. When we did have an issue, the caretaker was very quick to respond. Everyone said it was the best vacation EVER! I may have set the bar too high because I don't know how I will ever top this property and location.

The house was gorgeous and well-kept. We appreciated the amenities the home provided. I loved there were 3 sets of washers/dryers!! There are many activities within the home (pool table, air hockey, etc) as well as outside of the home (chess, swimming, etc). We did notice some ants in one of the bedrooms and reported that to the owners. The house could fit double the amount of people listed if it had a bunk room, guessing it's probably an HOA or city requirement that doesn't allow for more guests.
