With its stunning scenery and reputation for being one of Cornwall's best family beaches, Harlyn Bay is the epitome of dreamy coastal holiday destinations - the perfect location for your next Cornish escape.

Recently built and overlooking the bay, Harlyn Penthouse has been designed and furnished to a very high standard and features three ground floor bedrooms and four bathrooms, all tastefully styled and luxuriously kitted out. On its top floor, a fabulous open-plan kitchen, dining, living room provides plenty of space for socialising, and sliding doors that open the interior to the property's two large terraces, one to the side and one to the front.

The terrace to the side (which isn't overlooked by any neighbouring properties) is a terrific spot for sunbathing and relaxation. It has sun loungers and outdoor sofa suites for kicking back and chilling to your heart's content. The dining terrace to the front sits undercover to provide shade and shelter and showcases incredible sea views. Here you can spend time in the fresh air, brunching al fresco together, or watching the sun set over the bay with a glass or two of bubbly.

Of course, holidays in Harlyn Bay are all about spending time in the sea and on the sand, and here you'll have the best of both. The beach itself is wide and spacious and backed by sand dunes (which act as a wind break) has a reputation for being safe, which means it's ideal for paddling in the shallows or learning to surf. It also has plenty of rock pools to explore, so great news if you're holidaying with tots in tow.

Superb apartment

We were delighted with the accommodation - spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished, very roomy and in a superb position overlooking Harlyn Beach. To be able to sit out on the covered balcony for breakfast in the summer would be lovely. The rooms were well heated and had plenty of comfy seating in the lounge area. We had a very enjoyable break.

We had the most fabulous week, the penthouse is amazing and everything you need is on hand. Having the farm shop & bar below was a blessing the best pizza. The beach is great for dogs lots of space for running around

A lovely place to stay

The location is excellent, right by the beach and very close to good beach cafes. The property was clean, very comfortable for sitting and sleeping and very well equipped with good wifi, TV. The two outside areas are also comfortable and spacious.The only surprise was the absence of an area for wet suits and body boards but the car boot sufficed! But overall we had a wonderful week in Harlyn Bay! Hopefully we'll be back!!

This duplex apartment is fantastical! It is equipped with everything that you would need for your holiday! Just a few metres from the beautiful Harlyn bay. Not a full sea view from the accommodation, but a partial glimpse. Plenty of other lovely beaches within a very short distance. Places to eat right on the beach

The perfect spot

Having travelled to Harlyn bay for over 25 years it was a shame over the last five years that the Harlyn inn and accommodation were not available but now with the new complex shop and bar now open the place is even better than before and the Harlyn penthouse with glorious views over the beach and th beautiful sound of the ocean is the perfect luxurious place to stop. The bedrooms are roomy and comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need and the spacious lounge with huge tv is ace. The outside area are also gorgeous and in the warmer months would be perfect to watch the sun go down. All round it was wonderful but don’t tell anyone as Harlyn for me is the best kept secret in Cornwall.

Perfect location & fantastic accommodation

We spent a week at Harlyn Penthouse, a hidden gem we found when looking to stay somewhere different on the North Coast to our usual places. We knew Harlyn Bay was a great location and the Penthouse didn't disappoint a perfect match of a great spot with a great place to stay. The Penthouse is fitted out lovely, sympathetic to its location, comfortable and very well appointed with all its amenities and services, definitely not a place we wanted to return from and hope to return to. Luxury Coastal and associated support services were also very professional and communicated well. I would recommend both The Penthouse and Luxury Coastal
