Sleeping up to five guests, this attractive home would perfectly suit a family unit or group of friends.


You’ll access this single-level wooden structure via the exterior balcony, then step inside to an open-plan living space filled with natural light. The atmosphere is welcoming, with cream walls, checked kitchen tiles and tasteful decorative touches. You’ll have two spacious double rooms, one with an en-suite shower room, and a third single bedroom with a pull-out trundle single bed. Completing the interior is a well-equipped family bathroom, offering both a bath and a separate shower. In good weather, you can relax as a group on the wooden deck, equipped with furniture so you can enjoy the fresh air.


Padstow (5 miles) offers plenty for food enthusiasts, with its exquisite seafood restaurants where you can tuck into a slap-up meal. In St Merryn, enjoy a quiet pint in a local pub before embarking on the 1-mile walk towards the sea. Golf enthusiasts may like to try out the local course (2.5 miles) while keen hikers will appreciate the property’s proximity to the South West Coast Path (2 miles), offering mile upon mile of scenic walks.
