Itâs got a good-sized grassy garden thatâs ideal for making the most of the Cornish sunshine, and with space for five guests, itâs wonderful for a family unit or group of close friends. Youâll also be just 4.5 miles from Padstow, a charming town known for its culinary excellence and scenic harbour.
Contemporary and beautifully designed, this single-level property combines modern comforts with a welcoming atmosphere. Itâs decorated in soothing tones of beiges and blues, with stylish decorative touches including mirrors and painted glass. Its open-plan layout, with the kitchen, dining room and lounge all in the one space, makes it wonderful for spending quality time with loved ones. Youâll have the addition of the wonderful dual-aspect sunroom so you can enjoy the garden views, come rain or shine. In good weather, youâll love making the most of the outdoor area space, with its decked area and gas BBQ.
Thereâs so much to do nearby, with the golden sands of Constantine Bay and Treyarnon Bay, both within 3 miles â perfect for surfers and sun lovers. Hikers will be keen to join the coast path and take scenic strolls along to local beauty spots like the Trevose Head Lighthouse (4.5 miles) and Carnewas at Bedruthan, a National Trust site 5 miles to the south. For a change of pace, head to Padstow to wander through narrow streets and perhaps tuck into dinner at one of Rick Stein''s famous eateries. Another fantastic option is a picturesque boat trip along the Camel Estuary.
