This beautiful one-bedroom apartment on the first floor of a brand-new building also offers a fully equipped kitchen with appliances such as a toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, microwave, etc., and a bar counter with four stools where you can enjoy your meals.

Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, complete with sanitary fixtures, sink, and shower. You'll also find a welcome kit (shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, and a cosmetic set), various sizes of towels, and a convenient washing machine.

Guest Access:
The apartment is located on the first floor of a completely renovated building (renovation completed in April 2024). It is accessible only by the building’s stairs (no elevator).

The building entrance is located at Via Locatelli 4.

Instructions for reaching the property will be provided after booking, along with arrival and check-in information.

Other things to note:
Accessing the apartment requires going up a flight of stairs (no elevator!).

FREE LUGGAGE STORAGE AND BICYCLE SPACE IN A PRIVATE ROOM INSIDE THE BUILDING.

Our apartment is carefully maintained, and we expect it to be treated with attention by guests who appreciate beautiful things and know how to take care of them. We expect to find the apartment in the same condition as when you arrived, i.e., in optimal state. Damages or excessive wear will be penalized.

Smoking is ONLY allowed in the Patio, NOT inside the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine as per VRBO’s policy.
