The property is located in the San Giuseppe area, within the Savonarola neighborhood, named after the noble Savonarola family, whose heyday was between 1400 and 1550.
The apartment is well connected to the city center and the train station by buses no. 6 and no. 10, departing every 12 minutes; the Via Vicenza stop is just a 5-minute walk away.
The apartment comprises:
Entrance/Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and kitchen utensils.
Living room: Equipped with a sofa bed, bookcase, and TV.
Double bedroom: This bedroom is furnished with a standard double bed, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, wardrobes, and a TV.
