Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law.

For assisted check-in, if required, a supplement of EUR 15.00 will be required, to be paid in cash upon arrival (from 15:00 to 21:00).

A few steps from the apartment is Porta Portello, one of the ancient gateways to the medieval city. You can stroll along the ancient 16th-century walls and along the Lungargine Piovego, where pedestrian and bicycle paths wind through greenery.
The neighborhood is close to the university buildings and is also nearby the Botanical Garden, the oldest in the world.
A few minutes' walk takes you to Prato della Valle, one of Europe's largest squares, and the Basilica of Sant'Antonio, a destination for pilgrims from around the world, and the Scrovegni Chapel.
- Al Porteo Pizzeria/Restaurant: 2 minutes on foot;
- Bar Portello: 3 minutes on foot;
- Pam Portello (supermarket): 2 minutes on foot;
- Infanti Pharmacy: 7 minutes on foot.
- From Padua Gino Allegri Airport, the apartment can be reached by taxi or car in just 14 minutes. Alternatively, take the U06 bus from the Sorio fr. 96 (Aereoporto) stop and get off at the Garibaldi Giardini stop. From there, take the U09 bus and get off at the Ognissanti 4 stop, a 6-minute walk from the property.
- From Padua Train Station, go to the Ferrovia Corsia 2 stop (a 2-minute walk), from there take the U07 bus and get off at the Ognissanti 4 stop, a 6-minute walk from the property.
- If you're traveling by car, paid parking is available in blue parking spaces in the streets adjacent to the property (NOT guaranteed).
