Sanctuary Vacation Rentals is proud to present "Casa Blanca"! This home sleeps up to 5 guests.

This 960 sf classic white bungalow with 200 sf detached bonus room is just steps from the bay and brand new on the vacation rental market.

Guests will appreciate the thoughtful updates and this highly walk-able location - just a stone's throw from the recreation trail that wraps around the bay. An easy walk to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Cannery Row, downtown Pacific Grove and Lover's Point Beach.
If you are looking for a vacation rental located close to the bay and other area attractions, do not hesitate to book a stay at this home.

Living Spaces
The living room and front porch feature an Ocean view. Soothing neutral hues and wood floors throughout the home set a tranquil tone.
Comfortable living room seating with a large Smart TV with cable service.
The detached bonus room (not included in the square footage) has a Smart TV with cable service and comfortable sofa that converts to a king bed.

Kitchen and Dining
The sunny, fully-equipped kitchen is rich with style with the large apron-front sink in the center of it all. Brushed gold fixtures adorn the gray cabinetry and paneled refrigerator. French doors open to the back deck when you want to step outside or let in a cool ocean breeze.
Inside, a large farmhouse-style dining table is a wonderful place to gather for meals, games and conversations.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 has a California king bed and an en suite bathroom with custom tile surrounding a shower-over-tub.
Bedroom #2 has a twin bed and a full/double bed. The twin bed is set into a full-wall built-in with shelves filled with books. On the opposite wall, the second twin is the full/double bed.
The hallway bathroom is adorned with smooth white subway tiled walls, and a step-in shower with mosaic floor tile, a frameless glass panel and brass fixtures.
Both bathrooms are bathed in natural light from windows.
An additional sleeping possibility is located in the detached bonus room which is furnished with a king sofa bed option. A half-bath is also located in this building.

Inside the fenced yard is a private deck with seating and a handy outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off sandy feet. A BBQ grill is on hand for cookouts.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.

Parking is easily found on the street in front of the house or 1/2 block away on side streets.

Please note that starting in the fall of 2025, there is active construction on a neighboring home and it is expected to continue for about a year.

The house was everything we expected and more. Staff was quick to answer any questions and request making the process seamless. Every amenity that we would need for an extended stay was there and having a full gated yard was a huge plus for our child. Would stay again in the future.

Awesome House & Location

I am hesitant to write this review because i would love to keep this all to ourselves. We had the best time at this location. We rent a property in the area every year & we so enjoyed the house & location. Real close to the walking trail we love. House was clean, you can see the bay from the front window. Everything was newly remodeled an yard was perfect for our pups. We hope to enjoy this property for years to come. Not to mention the neighbors were nice & friendly & were not inconvenienced by us being renters.

The entire duration of my stay had construction work occurring outside of the house that closed the street, left me with having to park multiple houses away, and literally the construction workers were working from 7:30 AM until 5 pm every single day literally ripping apart the road and sidewalk right up to the literal front door of the residence. I was never informed of this work that would be taking place or I would not have booked. I also reached out to management and was told my message would be forwarded and I received no further response. There is no way that they were not informed of this work that would be taking place and just chose to instead not inform me and my family. My children are very young and did not get to nap for multiple days due to jackhammering, bulldozing, and tearing apart concrete shaking the entire house all day. It was a terrible trip that easily could have been avoided if communication from sanctuary vacation rentals was honest stating that construction would be taking place. I spent a ton of money and had an absolutely miserable stay due to this. Due to them not informing me of any of this taking place and also making absolutely zero attempt to offer any level of help or support after I contacted them I cannot at all suggest anyone ever stay with them. In the Monterey area is absolutely a sanctuary however my experience was the exact opposite due to staying with "Sanctuary" vacation rentals. Spend your hard-earned money somewhere else.
