Welcome to Sea Jay, a comfortable and inviting beach retreat designed for easy coastal living. With cozy upgraded amenities, a private hot tub, and a fully fenced back patio, this home is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the Oregon Coast.

​​​​​​​The home features three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths, offering plenty of space for families or small groups. Inside, you'll find comfortable furnishings, a warm gas fireplace for cool coastal evenings, and thoughtful touches throughout that make it feel like a true home away from home.

Step outside to enjoy the fully fenced backyard patio—ideal for relaxing in the hot tub, enjoying morning coffee, or unwinding after a day at the beach. A few beach cruiser bikes are available for guests, making it easy to explore the area at a laid-back pace.

Sea Jay also borders peaceful forest land with nearby trails, giving you the option for quiet nature walks right outside the door. At the same time, the home is just a short walk to the beach and to the restaurants, pubs, and shops around Cape Kiwanda, so you can easily enjoy everything Pacific City has to offer.

Whether you're here for beach days, sunset walks, or simply relaxing in the hot tub under the coastal sky, Sea Jay is a welcoming and well-equipped home base for your getaway.

Neighborhood:
This home is near several other Kiwanda Coastal Properties homes in the Dory Pointe neighborhood of Pacific City.
Dory Pointe is a newer, quiet neighborhood of upscale beach homes built consistent with the natural environment. The area is bordered on the east by a greenbelt of shorepine trees that is perfect for exploring with kids. Dory Pointe is centrally located near the beach just north of Kiwanda Shores and across the street from Shorepine Village. It is very close walking distance to all the Cape Kiwanda activities including surfing, dory boat launching, shopping and restaurants. The walk to the beach is quick through Shorepine village trails, or down the street to Cape Kiwanda State Park. The area is maintained with pride and governed by CCR's.

Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

Great house in quiet/close in neighborhood

We stayed at Sea Jay 181 for a weekend and it was great! It’s really hard to find a rental in Pacific City that has a king bed, hot tub, AND a fenced yard. It was the perfect stay for us and our dog, and the bedrooms were quite spacious. Having a bathroom attached to the master, as well as a full bathroom upstairs and half bath down is a huge plus as well if you’re traveling with several people (or just both need the space). We also enjoyed the access to the nature trail behind the house and close proximity to Pelican, Dory’s Pizza, and other local places. We felt connected, but also had quiet and privacy that can be harder to find that close to the beach. Overall the kitchen is well stocked, though you may need plastic wrap, foil, etc. depending on the length of stay if cooking there. There were a few spices, oil, and even some coffee, with plenty of filters. A bonus for us was having both a regular coffee pot and a keurig. There were plenty of games, books, movies/TV shows on DVD, as well as a Roku for the downstairs TV. We really didn’t need anything special and the only bummer for us is the king bed is firmer than we prefer, so we didn’t sleep as well as we’d hoped. We’d still absolutely stay again! And we had great responses from the property folks, with excellent suggestions for the area and hiking trail. We’re fairly seasoned travelers to Pacific City and we really enjoyed the home, neighborhood, and management compared to other places!

Refreshing getaway

This home was amazing! Very clean & has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We love that it is pet friendly as well. It is in the perfect location! A super easy and fun walk to the beach and nearby activities. The neighborhood is clean & quiet. We loved the walking path behind the home. The hot tub was a nice way to end the evening. I would definitely book this home again.

We didn’t want to leave!

This was a very clean and comfortable home. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. There were plenty of towels and extra bedding. The hot tub was divine. There was a trail system right behind the house that was fun to explore. We can’t wait to go back!!

This was an OK place. Thought it was expensive for its size and location. To many fees. Could’ve been a cleaner, cobwebs hanging from celling, stains on carpet, slow drains in tubs several toys under furniture. Only 2 wash clothes in the entire house that sleeps 6. Office only had 2 more to give us. Pretty well stocked but a bigger cutting board and sharp knives would have been helpful. Beds were to firm for us. Wifi was hard to hook up to and only worked well in the down stairs area. Bikes had flat tires and broken seats. But a pump was provide. The fenced in backyard was nice for dog and back gate for access to some great trails for walking dogs and exploring. Hottub was nice but sand in the bottom which we didn’t mind. Probably wouldn’t stay again for that price.
