This oceanside home in the Northwest Glen neighborhood is one of the best locations in Seabrook a few steps from the beach path and a short stroll to the market, restaurants, wine bar, bakery, indoor pool, and more. Whale Done was designed to be a happy beach escape with a fun, modern style and quality, comfortable furnishings.
Sleeps eight
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms that sleep up to eight. The large primary bedroom is beautifully appointed with a king bed, flat screen TV, large ensuite with double vanity and shower, and access to a spacious, southern-facing second story deck looking towards Seabrook's grassy amphitheater and town center. The second bedroom has a queen bed with flat screen TV and the third bedroom sleeps four with double bunkbeds and books and toys for kids. Both rooms share a full bath with tub and shower combo.
Great for entertaining
The open main floor makes it easy for everyone to be together while cooking, eating, and entertaining. The gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances has everything you need to make your favorite meal. Eat breakfast at the kitchen counter and enjoy family dinners at the large dining table that seats eight.
Designed for comfort and fun
Cozy up to the gas fireplace with a book or choose from a selection of movies on the 50" flat screen TV in the living room. On rainy days, there's plenty of board games and jigsaw puzzles to keep you busy. And for kids, there's Xbox One in the upstairs media room, a ping pong table in the garage, and toys and Legos in the bunkbed room. After playing at the beach, wash your feet off with the outdoor hot/cold hose in back and unload your gear in the garage and mudroom. There's also a convenient laundry room and powder room.
Large outdoor space
Whale Done has one of the few large, front yards at Seabrook, perfect for outdoor entertaining. This southern-facing, fully-fenced yard gets plenty of sunshine during the day. At night you can dine under the string lights and sounds of the Pacific Ocean, roast marshmallows in the fire pit, and then relax in the backyard's 6-person hot tub.
