Seabrook's Cedarwood: Dog Friendly

Welcome to Cedarwood, perfectly located just down the Alder Path from Crescent Park, with the community pool, event center, play field and outdoor game courts. A couple short blocks further, and you’re in Seabrook’s vibrant downtown. Cedarwood is the ideal spot to anchor your getaway with family, friends, and your canine companion.

Living room/alcove: Cross the wraparound porch and enter the spacious living room, with comfy seating around the wood burning fireplace. The bright sun room is a cheery place to read, play a game, or work a puzzle from our large selection. Gather in the main living room to visit, pick from the varied DVD collection, or watch dozens of channels on the flat screen if you like.

Dining room/Kitchen: The dining room with its expandable table will hold a crowd, and the kitchen is ready for it. Quality cookware, appliances, and utensils will help you create a gourmet meal. Or toss dinner in the crockpot and have a hot meal waiting after a day exploring North Beach.

Upstairs: The primary bedroom shares the same bright outlook as the main floor sun room, and includes a private full bath and a quiet corner to get away from the bustle. A TV and DVD player add to the options there. The queen guest bedroom and the bunk room share a second full bath, and the laundry with full size washer and dryer is conveniently located on this floor. The bunk room is popular with kids, but we purposely used full depth mattresses, so these twin size beds are comfortable for all.

Carriage house: Atop the detached garage we have a queen bedroom with toilet, sink, and shower, as well as a bonus room. There is a balcony from the bedroom, and windowed dormers look out into the crowns of the trees along the Alder Walk. Split the group for quiet times or serious gaming. The X-box lives there, with two controllers. Play our games, bring your favorites, or log in. Our mesh network assures good connectivity and seamless streaming.

Mud room/Garage/Yard: Lots of hanging space in the mud room, with the adjacent powder room, makes it easy to transition from outside to inside attire. In the garage you’ll find a row of bikes waiting, including two full size, two 20”, plus the Jolly Green Giant, our super fun tandem! Roll out your Weber grill next to the back deck, then do s’mores around the fire ring for the perfect end to a perfect day.
