The city of Pacific Beach is only a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive south where you can find shops, groceries, and food, and the Pacific Beach State Park.

The home is also in walking distance to Pacific Beach State Park -10 minute walk or 2 minute drive.

Mocrocks Beach is about a 5 minute drive. Using the Andalyde Road access, you can drive onto the beach. Please be mindful of the tide schedules and signs indicating where you can drive your vehicle.

Seabrook is a small coastal community also, only a few minutes drive from Pacific Beach where you can find shops, groceries, and more restaurants to enjoy.

*We stock the kitchen/pantry with some basics: spices, sugar, vegetable and olive oil, vinegar, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla extract, balsamic vinegar, saran wrap, ziploc, tin foil, and cooking spray.

We welcome up to three dogs maximum for a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40 per dog/per stay.

Please send a message following your reservation if you are bringing your pet dog(s). If you do not see the pet fee(s) calculated on your initial reservation, an invoice for the pet fee(s) will be sent to you for payment for the dog(s).

Pet Agreement & Price alteration to follow upon pet stay request(s).

We are always reachable through the messaging system, by phone, text, or e-mail.

We also have a local caretaker, if in person assistance is required during your stay.

There is onsite parking. The beach and downtown Pacific Beach is walkable from the property. Seabrook is about a 5 minute drive.
