The Eagle's Nest (4th Floor):
Follow the spiral staircase to the fourth floor and step into the most memorable room in Seabrook. The Eagle's Nest is a glass belvedere perched above the rooftops with views of the coastal forest and the Pacific in the distance. Morning coffee up here, before anyone else is awake, is worth the trip alone. It's also the best seat in the house for sunsets, storm watching, and the kind of quiet that's hard to find when you've got 14 people under one roof.
Main Floor Living:
The main floor is where your group will end up. An open-concept layout connects the chef's kitchen, dining area, living room, beverage bar, and game space, all flooded with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows. The living room centers around a unique indoor-outdoor fireplace with a Samsung Frame TV that displays art when it's off and disappears into the wall, you'd think it was a painting until someone turns on a movie.
The beverage bar features a high-end dual-zone Jenn-Air beverage fridge, surrounded by board games and a game table for five, perfect for late-night cards, puzzles, or a glass of wine after the kids go down.
The Wraparound Porch:
The massive covered wraparound porch is accessible through multiple sliding doors and works as a true extension of the living space. An outdoor dining table seats 6, ten Adirondack chairs line the railing, and the outdoor side of the indoor-outdoor fireplace anchors it all. With 14 people in the house, this is where half the group will end up on any decent-weather evening.
Kitchen & Dining:
This isn't a rental kitchen — it's a kitchen you'd actually want to cook in. Built-in Jenn-Air appliances, ample counter space, and an open layout designed for the meal where everyone ends up helping.
Dining capacity for 14+
Main dining table: seats 8 comfortably, expands to 10 with one leaf
Kitchen island: seats 4
Game table: seats 5
Porch dining table: seats 6
Coffee bar:
A Moccamaster drip brewer, Keurig, and Breville burr grinder, the entire setup hand-calibrated by a master coffee roaster. Beans, sugar, creamer, tea, and all the essentials are stocked every stay.
Kitchen details: Two dishwashers, microwave drawer, dedicated freezer with ice maker, second full-size fridge in the garage for overflow groceries and drinks.
The Theater (Lower Level):
A 98" Smart TV and Sonos 5.1 Dolby Atmos surround sound delivers a genuine cinematic experience. HDMI connections make it easy to plug in any device you bring, gaming consoles, laptops, whatever your group needs. The queen sleeper sectional is comfortable enough that someone will inevitably fall asleep mid-movie.
The lower level also has a 4-player DreamArcade cabinet, plus a basketball game and enough entertainment to keep every age group busy on a rainy afternoon.
Outdoor Spaces:
Propane fire bowl ringed by six Adirondack chairs in the front yard
7-person hot tub
6-person cedar sauna
Weber grill for outdoor cooking.
Mountain biking trails start right outside the door, and a dedicated bike cleaning station off the garage means you can ride hard and clean up before tracking anything inside.
For Families with Young Children:
Traveling with little ones? A pack-n-play, booster seat, kids' dishes, and board games are provided. The bunk room sleeps 5 kids comfortably, the theater and arcade keep older kids entertained, and the covered porch and yard give everyone room to play outside.
For the comfort and well-being of every guest.
**The Sea Wolf is a pet-free home, keeping the space pristine and allergy-free for families with sensitivities.
Parking, Gear Storage & EV Charging:
Parking: Private 2-car garage plus 2 additional spaces behind the garage. Street parking available out front. Plenty of room for a multi-car group trip.
Gear storage: The garage doubles as secure, dry gear storage. Traveling with bikes, surfboards, scooters, and beach gear for 14 people? It all locks up safely overnight. A covered breezeway connects the garage to the front door, so loading and unloading on a rainy day is painless.
EV charging: Tesla EV charger in the garage with an adapter available for non-Tesla vehicles. Charge overnight while you sleep.
Laundry:
Full washer and dryer on the main floor.
Seabrook Community:
