Presenting Strada Di Mare Silver Strand beach stunner. This newly remodeled two story home is beach living at its best. Beautifully decorated interior is light and airy offering cozy comforts with hardwood floors and warm antiques giving that relaxing California vibe. It is an ideal retreat with multiple comfortable gathering areas including easy beach access just steps away across the street.

Great family get away

What an amazing house! Jim was by far very kind and helpful upon our arrival. We were able to walk to the beach every day, there were restaurants and grocery close by. What a perfect location The house was even more beautiful in person with great space for all the family to enjoy.

This property is an absolute gem!

Beautifully appointed and equipped with everything we needed, the house is gorgeous and right by the beach. We had an absolutely amazing stay in the house. The hosts Jim and Mary were incredibly gracious and responsive to all our questions. We are so grateful that they shared their wonderful property with us for a fantastic family vacation. Perfect Beach House Experience

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay. The location can't be beat. The house is beautiful and also immaculately clean. Going to the beach with two young kids has never been so easy; the house is so well-stocked with a beach cart, chairs, toys and everything else you could need. Beautiful home, great location!

The home was lovely, comfortable, bright and airy, had everything needed and more for our family getaway. Kids did online schooling, I enjoyed cooking in the wonderful kitchen, walked to the beach and really enjoyed the neighborhood. The homeowners laid everything out very thoughtfully and were a pleasure to rent from. We’ll be back!

This beach house was awesome! Jim was very friendly and helpful in showing us around the house. The beach house was immaculate. There were also lots of beach toys, bikes, wet suits, etc. for us to use. Everything with the house was so well thought out and organized. Great location. Would definitely go back again.

Awesome property!

This is a great property! The owner is hands on if you need anything but not overbearing in any way. We’ve stayed at several properties out in the Oxnard/Ventura area and this is by far now one of our favorites. It was VERY clean and had so many fun things to do
bikes, corn hole, beach right across the street, my fav all time vegan cafe, etc. We would stay here again in a heart beat. The only I might say to other renters is that it looks as if this was built as 2 separate rental units, so there’s a kitchen (no oven) bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a small area to watch TV downstairs and upstairs is basically the same along with a beautiful kitchen. If you’re traveling with other families this floor plan might work really well if you want a little space from each other. If you’re looking for a big, fun great room for a crowd this is not the rental for you. Cheers!

Beach Dreams Come True!

Our stay in Jim and Mary's beach home was perfect! Jim personally introduced us to their beautiful retreat, making sure we felt welcome and comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully and tastefully chosen, including a "Better at the Beach" basket of goodies for our family! The classy, yet cozy beach decor was light and serene with plenty of windows and coastal air. Our family of adult children enjoyed bikes and beach toys, and of course, the proximity to the sand! The kitchen was completely stocked with every tool, platter, and serving bowl we could ever need for our large group of 8, as well as dining tables with room for 10! The entire home was so carefully maintained and pristine. We were delighted to enjoy such a perfect spot and our time was truly a blessing! Thank you for sharing your home with us! Michael and Karrie

Could Not Have Been Better

This is a lovely home that is extremely well-maintained and perfect for a large family. We had our daughter and her husband with us, who loved the downstairs kitchen (they have a 3 month old and it was nice for them to be able to take care of the baby in the night without disturbing the rest of the family). The main kitchen is truly a chef's kitchen and we just loved our stay here. Could not have been better!

Fabulous!

The adults and kids had so much fun staying in this comfortable beautiful home with easy access to the beach. The home’s amenities were unbelievably great- large kitchen, hot water, comfortable beds, multiple parking and all the equipment for a fun beach experience - boogie boards, wet suits, chairs, umbrellas and buggies to roll everything through the sand for easy set up and an outdoor shower for easy clean up.

Wonderful stay

The location is amazing and the house is wonderful; very clean, stocked with everything you might need for a get away. The separate living spaces made it a great set up for two families. Plenty of parking, which is hard to come by in this neighborhood. Easiest check in/check out process I have experienced. Will definitely stay here again!

Worth every penny

This house was beautiful, well equipped, clean, and had every amenity possible! The location was perfect. Jim met us to check us in and explained everything and was super nice and easy going! We spent every day at the beach, using boogie boards, bike riding, playing frisbee and basketball, watching movies and hanging out! The house is much larger than the pictures and literally gorgeous. The bonus was the shower. The showers are amazing!!! Thanks for the awesome vacation!
