-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees apply at the rate of $500/month and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking
