Fantastic location, just a few minutes walk to Central Headington where you will find everything you need! Gorgeous parks, independent restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, supermarkets, charity shops, a library, barbers/hairdressers, banks, post office, pharmacies, a gym and much, much more!

Our nearby recommendations would include visiting the house that CS Lewis lived in and wrote the Narnia books (with gorgeous nature reserve behind it), taking a stroll through Shotover Country Park or BuryKnowle Park (including kids play area) and going to see the 'Shark House' (definitely worth a photo).

Recommendations on places to eat, drink, shop and visit can be found in the 'Where you'll be' section just below the map.

Oxford Brookes University, JR Hospital, Nuffield Hospital and Churchill are all under a 15 minute walk.

OXFORD CITY CENTRE From Headington you can catch one of many busses to Oxford city centre where you can explore the famous college grounds and much, much more.

FURTHER AFIELD From Headington you also have the luxury of catching a 24/7 bus servicing London (OxfordTube) and surrounding airports.

Guests will have private access to the entire property, driveway parking space and back garden.

SELF CHECK IN
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am.

Please note: You will be charged £100.00 for lost keys, broken keys and call outs, so please be careful with them. A charge will also be applied if guests check themselves in early or check out late without permission as this will cause disruption to our cleaner’s schedule. Please do not forget to place the keys back in the key safe on your departure or this will also result in a charge.

CLEANING/ LINEN
The property will be cleaned and prepared with linen and towels for your arrival. Mid-stay cleans are not included, but please get in touch if you would like to pay to book a clean or fresh linen and towels during your stay.

Linen and bedding is not provided for the travel cot, please bring your own if required.

We will also provide a limited amount of consumables (toilet roll, travel size shampoo/conditioner etc.) to kick-start your stay and can recommend a local store where you can easily purchase more when you are settled in.

OVEN
The bottom oven unfortunately isn't connected/ for use, however the top oven is fully functioning.

SMART TV
You will need to use your own login details to access the on-demand apps such as Netflix and Prime.

PARKING
The allocated parking space on the front driveway is not suitable for a people carrier or van, there is space for one car. Paid parking available at St. Leonard's Car Park on Windmill Road (4 min walk) and Headington Car Park behind Headington Waitrose (6 min walk). Payment handled via RingGo app or onsite ticket machines.

- Respect the neighbours by keeping the noise down, no noise after 10pm
- No shoes inside
- When leaving the property please make sure you lock the front door and windows and back door if applicable
- If a guest locks themselves out of the property OR they do not place keys in the lockbox at checkout, a ÂŁ50 fee will apply
- If a guest loses or breaks a set of keys, a ÂŁ100 fee will apply
- Please make sure rubbish instructions are followed correctly, including using correct bin bags and taking outside in time for rubbish collection day
- Kitchen - please wash up after yourself

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
