Step into the expansive open-plan kitchen and dining area, featuring high-quality Siemens appliances, an American fridge freezer, and cozy under-floor heating. Double doors open to a beautifully landscaped 100ft south-facing garden, complete with an all-weather outdoor sofa and a dining area perfect for al fresco meals.

At the rear of the garden, you’ll find a modern garden studio/office equipped with full internet access, making it an ideal space for work or relaxation.

On the lower ground floor, enjoy the warmth of under-floor heating throughout, including a spacious Super King/Twin bedroom, a family bathroom with bath and shower, and a cozy living/media room featuring Apple TV, 3D Blu-Ray, and a 55" Smart TV.

The first floor boasts a luxurious Kingsize bedroom (with TV) and another Super King/Twin bedroom, complemented by a separate dressing room. An additional guest can be hosted on an occasional bed in the dressing room if required.

The family bathroom on this level is a true retreat, featuring a double sink, a double-ended bath, and a separate shower.

Guests can check in with a keypad. Keys are available inside the property or guests can use an app to access the property.

Earlier check-outs are available for those wishing to stay for shorter stays.

Parking is available for a small car only in a garage in a nearby street.

The train station is just fifteen minutes walk away and the bus station around ten minutes walk.

Oxford is a small city so you can get to most places by walking. The central bus station is located on George Street, from where you can get a bus to the surrounding areas, as well as London and southern airports. The main train station is on New Road and has access to London in about an hour.
