About this space
Lovely 1 bedroom flat with garden in North Oxford just 11min walk from University Parks and 20min from Oxford train station. The flat comes with a comfortable king-size bed, fast wifi, and a fully equipped kitchen. Nearby Walton Street and Little Clarendon which is full of restaurants, bars, and local supermarkets are just a few minutes away. Lots of bars and shops in Jericho and are about a 5-minute walk from the flat!
Other things to note
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time to 6 P.M. instead of 3 P.M.
The property will only accept the number of adults booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted.
Each guest will be asked to submit a form of identification once the reservation has been created and upon check-in.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
No noise policy is in place between 9 PM to 7 AM.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
Check-out at any other time apart from the designated arrangement of 10 AM on the morning of the last day without prior mutual consent, you will be liable for a call-out charge of ÂŁ55. This fee will account for the extra costs towards the housekeeper for working overtime, sending a worker to travel to a different location to obtain another set of keys, payment for producing a separate key, and cancellation/rescheduling the cleaning services.
Should the above policies not be respected, a penalty fee will apply to the guest(s) for any damage(s) caused to the property.
A penalty fare of ÂŁ150 will be charged on your deposit if you smoke on the property.
