- PET FREE PROPERTY - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.
- Landshark Lane is professionally cleaned and sanitized in between each guest – book with confidence!
- This is a 2-story home and stairs are required to reach the two guest bedroom suites and laundry. The king suite and all living areas are on the 1st floor.
- Landshark Lane has a carport and driveway that will hold 2 cars. If you have additional cars, street parking is available first come, first served.
- Our home has 2 exterior security cameras for safety. 1 camera is located on the front of the property facing out towards the entry area and street and 1 camera is on the back of the property facing out towards the backyard. These cameras do not view any interior spaces. These cameras record video when activated by motion and will be on during your stay and guests must not cover up a camera.

RULES
- Minimum Age: Landshark Lane require a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that will be sent to your email for easy electronic signature.
- Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive!
- We offer optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM – We do not allow early arrivals as we are busy cleaning and sanitizing the property for your stay. Should we finish early, we will automatically notify you.
- No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our home, or anywhere on our property. We are very sensitive to smoke and maintain a smoke free home - we do not want smoke to waft in from outdoor areas so we do not allow smoking anywhere on our property including the porches, driveway, or yard!

*Departure instructions – we don’t believe in long chore lists for our guests! We only ask that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the home during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We leave a grill cleaning brush for the grill - if you prefer to have our cleaning staff clean the grill, let us know in advance for a $25 charge! We appreciate you!

Please note that this is a new-build community and there may be construction during your stay.

Credit card processing will be processed through “Beach Stays Vacations”. VRBO charges their booking site fee via a separate credit card processor.

Oxford Vacation Rentals DOES NOT allow cancellations for Ole Miss home football games (regular season games and post season games), Ole Miss graduation, Double Decker, or concerts.

You will have access to our entire home and yard.

We want our guests to have a private vacation so we will not intrude - but if you need us, we are here for any questions or issues!
