✔ Lounge: Equipped with a 50in Smart TV and comfortable sofas so you can stream your favourite movies on Netflix alongside free high-speed Wifi.

✔ Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge with ice box and freezer. Appliances such as a microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine come included. We also provide some of the essentials such as oil, salt, pepper, tea bags, coffee, sugar and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal. Any last minute laundry needs are also catered for with a washing machine and separate dryer.

✔ Living area: The open living area includes a large dining table to seat all your guests and enjoy a meal together. There is an additional seating area with sofas by the log-burner fireplace - we even provide logs and equipment to light a relaxing fire.

✔ Workstation: A large office desk in the living area is provided with a table lamp to provide a space to get some work done.

✔ Sofa-beds: 2 extra beds to kick back and relax (extra pillows and bedding provided) for any extra guests.

✔ Bedrooms: The large double bedrooms give you everything you need for a good night's rest with large beds and fresh bedding, clothes storage and clothes rails with hangers. You'll also find a hair dryer, iron and ironing board in the bedroom too.

✔ Bathroom: Take a soak in either the en-suite bathroom or family bathroom suites, with the ability to choose a shower or bathtub, ensuring extra space and comfort. We'll supply the towels for you and your guests in your rooms. We also provide complimentary toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.

✔ Large garden: A beautiful and large garden, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or tea in the morning or unwinding with a book in the afternoon. We also provide garden furniture and cushions.

✔ Building: The cottage was converted from a barn, offering a unique blend of old-world charm and modern amenities. It is located in the village of Old Marston, a charming and historic neighbourhood dating back to Anglo-Saxon times, located in the city of Oxford, England.

✔ Parking: Free parking for 4 cars is included in the stay.
