Bluff Bliss is a luxurious Oxford condo designed for comfort and convenience. With one stylish king bedroom suite and one guest bedroom of multiple bunks, this condo is perfect for families and friends who want a convenient and comfortable stay, while having easy access to the Ole Miss campus. Located in The Bluffs West neighborhood, exactly 1 mile from campus and 1.5 miles from the Oxford Square. The Bluffs West neighborhood is located directly on the Oxford Depot Trail (paved) and you will be able to walk the scenic route straight to campus.

-We provide starter supplies of toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, and trash bags. Once this supply runs out, you will need to purchase additional supplies.

-PET-FREE PROPERTY – Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.
-Bluff Bliss is professionally cleaned and sanitized in between each guest – book with confidence!
-This is a 2-story building and this condo is located on the second floor. Stairs are required to reach the condo but once inside the unit is all one level.
-Bluff Bliss has 2 reserved parking spaces and unmarked spaces can be found if more than two spaces are required.
-Our home has a video doorbell which records video when activated by motion and will be on during your stay. Guests must not cover up a camera.

Cancellation Policy
Oxford Vacation Rentals offers a 60-day cancellation policy, allowing flexibility while ensuring fairness to both guests and homeowners. However, Oxford Vacation Rentals maintains a strict no-cancellation policy for high-demand events, including Ole Miss football games (regular and postseason), concerts, the Double Decker Festival, and Ole Miss Graduation. These events bring significant demand, and reservations are considered final once booked.

RULES
-Minimum Age: We require a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 to be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
-All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that will be sent to your email for easy electronic signature.
-Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive!
-We offer optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, severe weather events, and much more. This insurance is provided by a 3rd party (not Oxford Vacation Rentals) but will provided in your rental agreement upon booking.
-Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
-Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM – We do not allow early arrivals as we are busy cleaning and sanitizing the property for your stay. Should we finish early, we will automatically notify you.
-No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our home.

DEPARTURE INSTRUCTIONS
We don’t believe in long chore lists for our guests – you are here to relax! All we ask is that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the condo during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. If you use the grill or fire pit, you are on the honor system for cleaning. If you prefer us to clean it, it is an extra $25 fee – please let us know so we can allow enough time! We appreciate you!
