Our amazing location is central to everything Oxford has to offer including award winning restaurants, upscale shopping, antiquing, and more! Our updated and newly furnished cottage has everything you need for your home away from home – perfect place to stay when visiting your student, for a couples getaway, business trip, or we have plenty of room for families or groups! Our cottage features 4 bedroom suites each with a private renovated bathroom, a fully stocked modern kitchen, a bright open plan living with a sunny balcony, and a covered porch!

- We are pleased to offer concierge services and can deliver groceries, flowers and/or spirits to the home before your arrival for an extra fee!

“The Hotty Toddy Hideaway” is located within the new neighborhood of Rowandale giving you a beautiful, central area to base yourself just minutes from all the action.
Here you’ll have easy access to everything that charming Oxford has to offer with its beautiful old brick buildings, lush magnolia and crepe myrtle trees, and the gorgeous historic streets lined with boutique shops and delicious eats.

Take a drive (5 min) to “The Square”, the hub of the city and home to a variety of shops and elegant boutiques including the south’s oldest department store. Around the bend, you will find one of the nation’s most renowned independent bookstores and an art gallery featuring a variety of art forms and monthly showings.

- PET FREE PROPERTY - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.
- Our home has 2 flights of stairs – there is one king suite, bathroom and half bath on the 1st floor
- Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized in between each guest – book with confidence!

***CANCELLATION POLICY: Oxford Vacation Rentals does not allow cancellations for football games, concerts, Double Decker, or Ole Miss Graduation. For all other dates, we have a 60-day cancellation policy***

RULES
- Minimum Age: we require a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 to stay at the property throughout the rental term.
- All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that will be sent to your email for easy electronic signature.
- Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive!
- We offer optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM – We do not allow early arrivals as we are busy cleaning and sanitizing the property for your stay. Should we finish early, we will automatically notify you.
- No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our home.
- We do not rent to locals without prior host permission. Please message us first – we do not allow parties or additional guests without prior host permission.

*Departure instructions: We don't believe in long chore lists for our guests - you are here to relax! All we ask is that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the condo during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you!

**Oxford University Transit (OUT) – Red North Line – Highland Square (8-22 on the Red North Route) will take you to both the Oxford Square and Ole Miss Student Union!
