Summary:
This newly remodeled 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom charmer in Old Overland Park will be your next home away from home! This house is just a a few blocks, and walkable, from all of the restaurants and shops in downtown Overland Park, including the wonderful Farmer's Market. In addition to the renovated interior, enjoy the extra large backyard space with BBQ grill and outdoor dining. The fenced-in yard is perfect for your furry friend!
The Space:
The entire house just finished an extensive remodel with everything new including furniture, fixtures and appliances! Large open living area into open kitchen stocked with everything you will need to cook or enjoy take out from one of the many nearby restaurants. In the living area you will find a comfortable sofa and swivel leather chairs to enjoy watching the 58" Smart TV. The primary Bedroom features a King bed, 50" Smart TV, ceiling fan and walk-in closet, in addition to a renovated ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Upstairs Bedroom has a king bed, room darkening shades, and closet. The downstairs bedroom has a king bed, 43" Smart TV, ceiling fan, room darkening shades and closet. Upstairs bedroom is perfect for kids, featuring a daybed with trundle and Smart TV. Hall bathroom has been completely updated and has a bathtub/shower. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and luxury towels are included in both bathrooms. Fully furnished sun room with 58" Smart TV is great for morning coffee or evening happy hour.
Basement rec space has a large sectional sofa and leather recliner.
For added convenience, there is a full-size front loading washer/dryer for guest use.

-No smoking of any kind in the house, including vaping.
-Parties/events/loud noise are not allowed.
-Only guests that are on the reservation are permitted on the premises.
-Illegal activity is prohibited to include, but not limited to, drug activity, prostitution and illegal possession of firearms.
-No weapons or firearms of any kind are allowed.
-We only allow pets with responsible pet owners. Pet owners are expected to pick up after their pet, not allow excessive barking. Any pet damage would be the responsibility of the pet owner. TWO PET MAXIMUM.

We recommend that you purchase trip insurance either through the website you are booking on, or a separate policy. Requests to alter dates that are within the cancellation time frame are subject to be declined.
