Relax in a suite on the ground floor with a comfortable double box spring, a bathroom (incl. shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body lotion, hairdryer), a separate sitting area with a sofa bed (1m60), a desk, a Nespresso coffee machine (incl. coffee capsules, milk, sugar and sweetener), kettle, tea, free wifi and a flat-screen TV.
Parking is free at the property.

Guest Access:
De Hoogmolen introduces a self-hosting concept. No physical reception and no wasted time with paperwork. Before arrival, guests receive an online check-in form, personal access code for the main entrance and their own room.

For example, send us a message via Whatsapp (we create a Whatsapp group with each guest to ensure a smooth communication) or give us a call and we will be happy to help you. Do you really have issues regarding your stay? No worries! We will come directly to De Hoogmolen to help you out.

The Neighborhood:
The surroundings of De Hoogmolen exude an atmosphere of tranquility, nature and history. Located on the picturesque Abeek Valley, surrounded by green forests and the gurgling sound of water flowing past the mill.
De Hoogmolen itself is a charming water mill that has its origins in the Middle Ages.

All of the renovated suites have been furnished with care. A refined combination of natural materials and warm colors create a harmonious atmosphere.

The presence of cycling nodes, walking nodes and an equestrian and riding network running through the estate offer various possibilities to explore the area. Rider and horse are more than welcome; horses can stay in a spacious meadow with stables on the domain while the rider can stay in the B&B.

Besides hiking, biking and horseback riding, you can also ski/snowboard at the nearby indoor ski slope, swim in the neighboring subtropical swimming pool, visit local breweries, explore surrounding natural areas ...

On weekdays you can enjoy a full breakfast at 'breakfast and lunch bar De Witte Vleugel': a cozy place where freshness and taste are key. This bar is about a 5-min. drive from De Hoogmolen. (Hoogstraat 23, 3670 Meeuwen-Gruitrode).

On weekends you can have a delicious breakfast at De Dorpermolen, a charming location at the first water mill of the Abeek about 4 min. drive from De Hoogmolen (Dorpermolenstraat 5, 3670 Oudsbergen).

Breakfast at De Hoogmolen itself can be delivered to your room by a breakfast basket.
