When you step inside, you'll encounter shabby-chic beach charm at its best—a cozy, homey living room with wood-paneled walls, a big western-facing window, and wood ceiling beams. After a day building sandcastles or flying kites on the beach, come back and settle into the couch or plush easy chair and watch some movies—there's both a DVD player and a VCR. There's also cable here, so whether you want to catch a favorite show or just surf the channels, you're covered.
The big window offers a front-row seat to the ever-changing moods of the mighty Pacific—whether it's dramatic coastal clouds rolling through or a brief spell of passing weather. It's the perfect spot to get cozy with a good book or hot drink while nature puts on a show outside. And with WiFi available, you can still check in on emails or share your coastal retreat with friends and family online. A dining room table provides a spot to gather at mealtimes, and a full kitchen is well-stocked and ready to go for your breakfast, lunch, and dinner preparations. All major appliances are present and accounted for (minus a dishwasher). There's even a coffee grinder for freshly ground beans in the morning. There's also a full bathroom on the main floor, making it a great option for guests who prefer to avoid stairs or want a bit more privacy.
For the kids, the upstairs loft is ideal! This big, bright area has two twin beds on one side and another queen bed on the opposite side. A warm and welcoming space, the upstairs includes reading lamps, bedside tables, and large windows to let in plenty of natural light. For added convenience, there’s also a half bathroom on this level. This well-designed chalet comfortably sleeps up to six guests.
