The space
This is a new, modern, well-maintained family home located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Kemptville (North Grenville), a quiet town south of Ottawa — ideal if you’re looking for a peaceful stay with easy highway access.
You will enjoy a fully private use of the lower-level living space, which includes private entrance, a bedroom, bathroom, coffee station, and sitting area (NO kitchen). The home was built in 2023 and is kept clean, organized, and welcoming.

Guest access
Guests enjoy private access to the fully separated basement suite, including the bedroom, bathroom, and entire lower-level living area, secured by doors from the main home. The upstairs kitchen and living areas are not accessible. A detailed self-check-in guide is sent before arrival.

Includes a coffee station (coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, plates, cups & cutlery) and driveway parking.

Other things to note
Please note that this is a family home with young children. While the basement suite is designed to be comfortable and completely private, you may occasionally hear normal household sounds from above.
To support a restful stay, your room is equipped with earplugs and a white-noise machine.
