The three-room apartment in the La Casa di Nadia complex is a vacation rental in Otranto, among the most beautiful and important tourist destinations and historic cities of Puglia.
The house, located on the second floor of an apartment building, is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, electric oven, microwave, electric kettle etc.
In common with another apartment, the three-room apartment shares a washing machine, wi-fi internet, iron and ironing board. The three-room apartment offers up to 6 beds.

A large living room welcomes guests inside the three-room apartment. Here there is an open kitchen, dining room, 1 double sofa bed and TV.
From the living room there is access to the small balcony that overlooks the condominium`s courtyard. Here you can relax outdoors, as there are chairs and table for outdoor dining.
The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms, both air-conditioned, and 1 full shower room.
The 3-room apartment is furnished with new furniture and is bright and spacious.

La Casa di Nadia is located in a condominium complex in a residential area on the southern outskirts of Otranto. The beach located at the foot of Otranto`s castle ramparts is less than 400 meters away.
Everything is at hand, reachable even on foot.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared Internet and washing machine with another apartment.
- Fist floor apartment without lift.
