Apartment 1 is a 5-bed vacation home for rent in Otranto,
in Frassanito, just 2 km from the sea and beaches. The vacation home is
located in a complex with a large garden, parking spaces, outdoor
shower, shared barbecue area.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning,
hair dryer, TV, iron and ironing board, mosquito nets on the windows
and has an exclusive outdoor space, furnished with garden furniture. Pets are allowed.

The
apartment in Verdalis complex is detached, adjacent to other vacation
homes, and has an entrance to a lovely paved veranda where there are
table and chairs of exclusive relevance.
 
The interior opens into a living room furnished with an open kitchen, table and chairs, TV, 1 double bed and 1 single sofa bed. A small hallway leads to the double bedroom and shower room.

The
vacation home complex in which Apartment 1 is located is along the
coastal road that connects Otranto with Torre dell`Orso, in Frassanito, very close to the beaches of Laghi Alimini.
The
nearby sea has long beaches with gentle, shallow cliffs, transparent
turquoise seabed, with the unspoiled nature of pine forests and
Mediterranean scrubland as a backdrop. Torre dell`Orso is only 4 km away, while Otranto is just 10 km away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1 - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare ).
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the bedroom.
- Outdoor shower  and barbecue area are shared with 5 other holiday homes.
- The external area of ​​the apartment is not fenced.
