Furca`s Triple Room is an independent room with independent access from
the lovely outdoor area with equipped relaxation corners.
The room is furnished with 1 double bed, 1 single bed,
closet, chest of drawers, TV, mini fridge and air conditioning. The
entrance door is protected by mosquito nets. The en suite bathroom is
complete with a shower stall.
There are 2 adjacent units of this type, both on the ground floor.

The Masseria is just 13 km from Otranto Castle and Roca and 29 km from Lecce.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 3:30pm to 5:30pm) and check-out (from 7am to 10:30am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (till 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Tidying up of accommodation with change of bath linen, each 3 days

- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
