Tenuta dei Fragni is a beautiful oasis in the heart of the Itria Valley. It`s a complex of trulli and lamie surrounded by a garden with swimming pool, in the countryside of Ostuni. It accommodates up to 13 guests and is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, heating system, internet, barbecue,
washing machine, dishwasher, tv, alarm system, wood-burning oven,
electric oven, induction hob, toaster, microwave oven, coffee machine. Pets are allowed.

Tenuta dei Fragni is a charming property that consists of trulli and lamie and a big garden with swimming pool.
The
complex consists of 5 architectural units: 2 typical houses and 3
trulli with several cones, in addition to the outdoor dining area with
view on the swimming pool. In the first lamia there is the kitchen with
dining area, 2 fridges, the built-in kitchenette decorated with handmade
ceramics and equipped with the most modern accessories. Moreover, there
is a sitting room with tv under wooden ceiling.
The sleeping area of Tenuta dei Fragni consists of 4 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 1 triple bedroom in a trullo divided into two rooms with a French-size sofa bed and a double bed, 2 four-bed rooms in the lamie divided into two rooms with a double bed and a double sofa bed.
The
rooms are equipped with independent access and accessories such as air
conditioning, mini-bar, flat-screen tv, internet and independent alarm
system, modern ensuite bathroom with shower.
The ancient stones,
which are enhanced by the renovation, is well balanced with the
minimalist handcrafted furniture and the surrounding nature. The shades
of the colors that recall the Apulian nature, the prestigious materials,
the well-kept vegetable garden and the luxuriant woods where you can
take a walk, make this estate a magic property where relaxing is easy.

Tenuta
dei Fragni is in the Itria Valley, in the countryside between Martina
Franca, Locorotondo and Ostuni, known as the the "White City". The city
centres, with their amenities and beautiful old town centres are known
for their wine and food tradition. The closest beaches are on the coast
of Ostuni, awarded with the Blue Flag.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from June to September, off-season pool's opening has an extra cost of euro 300.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The complex consists of 5 architectural units: 2 typical houses and 3 trulli with several cones.
