Casal 800 is a villa with swimming pool for vacation rental in Ostuni. The villa is the result of the skillful restoration of an ancient country residence, now equipped with the most modern accessories. It offers up to 10 beds.
The new pool area is complete with sun loungers, spacious gazebo with lounge and outdoor dining area with portable barbecue , outdoor shower.
A Casal 800 includes: air conditioning in all rooms, internet, hair dryer, mosquito nets, and TV. The kitchen is complete with dishwasher, coffee maker, electric oven, electric kettle, antique fireplace. Pets are allowed.

The charming residence Casal 800 is surrounded by a large garden. In addition to the new pool area where you can spend pleasant days relaxing outdoors, there are other quiet oases equipped with deckchairs and armchairs for relaxing in the shade.
The villa has two entrance verandas. The first is a large stately veranda with armchairs; the second, next door, is an ideal veranda for outdoor dining, covered by canopies, equipped with an old oven still working and sofas.
In Casal 800`s living room , under the ancient star vaulted ceiling with exposed stones, are the open kitchen, dining room and comfortable sofa with TV set in a section of ancient masonry restored to splendor.
A hallway leads to the first double bedroom with en suite bathroom, and the living room. The living room leads to 3 double bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms. Finally, the fifth double bedroom with bathroom is located in the annex.
Casal 800 is the result of the careful and respectful restoration of an 1800`s country villa, with some original features enhanced such as the floor and exterior facade, offering guests an authentic and relaxing atmosphere.

The villa with swimming pool with large furnished outdoor spaces is located in the countryside of Ostuni, in Santa Caterina, a residential area and distant from the center less than 3 km, a few minutes by car.
The location makes it possible to explore the most beautiful villages of the Valle d`Itria, such as Ceglie Messapica, Carovigno or Martina Franca, but also to go to the beautiful trulli of Alberobello, about 35 km away, or to the characteristic historic center of Locorotondo, just 30 km away.
For sea lovers, the nearest beaches are those of the award-winning Marina di Ostuni, located just 13 km from the villa along the Adriatic coast.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 25 per person.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 80 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
