The
beautiful and recently-built villa is airy and bright, with a big porch
and many outdoor equipped areas. It`s in the countryside of Ostuni,
surrounded by fruit trees and olive trees, equipped with an above-ground swimming pool and beach beds, so you can totally enjoy your stay while keeping your privacy.
On the ground floor there is the large living room with double sofa bed and flat-screen tv. Next to it, the spacious and well-equipped kitchen.
Moreover, there is a full bathroom. The barrel-vaulted ceiling with
exposed stones make this open space area cozy and balanced well with the
traditional Apulian architecture.
On the lower floor, accessible
by stairs, there is the sleeping area with access to the garden and
enlightened by the big glass walls. There are 3 double bedrooms, with walk-in closet and a full bathroom with hydromassage tub.
The
villa is fenced by typical dry-stone walls and equipped with shaded
outdoor equipped areas. The exclusive garden is lush and embellished by
Mediterranean vegetation, olive and fruit trees. 
It is possible to park up to 3 cars in the garden.

Angele is a holiday home in the countryside of Ostuni, the Città
Bianca, which is only a few kilometers away. Its position allows you to
easily arrive at the Adriatic coast or at the beautiful towns of the
Itria Valley.
The closest beaches are in Ostuni marina, awarded for their beauty, clean sea and services. 



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Above-ground pool available from June to September.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
