Villa
Sorrentino is a quiet and beautiful oasis, divide into two units by the
swimming pool. In the property there is the parking area. The solarium, with sofas, beach beds and beach umbrella is around the swimming pool.
The first unit consists
of a spacious patio with outdoor dining area, wood-burning oven,
kitchen with dishwasher, 1 single bedroom that is connected to 1 double
bedroom and 2 bathroom with shower.
The second unit is
introduced by a porch with sofa, living room with dining area, built-in
kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine and a big fridge, 3 double
bedrooms and 2 bathroom with shower.

Villa Sorrentino is in the countryside of Ostuni,
in the heart of the Itria Valley, 6 kilometers away from the city
centre with its amenities, but also cultural and architectural spots of
the beautiful and worth-discovering old town centre.
The Adriatic sea with its beautiful beaches and beach establishment is 13 kilometers away. The closest beach is Torre Santa Sabina.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from June to September.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Property shared in two units.
- Air conditioner not available in all bedrooms.
