Villa Accordo is a characteristic and welcoming two-story villa surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Accordo you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Accordo is 270 square meters (2900 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 15 km (9.3 miles) from Jesi, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile), a grocery store at 2.3 km (roughly 1.4 miles) and the closest beach (Senigallia beach) at 16.5 km (roughly 10.3 miles).
You will reach Villa Accordo from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Accordo you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.

Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the first patio going down approximately five stairway steps. The pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun loungers and an external shower. This area is also equipped with two wrought-iron benches. By the pool you will also find a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. The swimming pool area is partly shaded by trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery. You will share the pool with guests staying at another nearby villa. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
Patio 1
The first patio is 170 square meters (1830 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by pergolas and by awnings. It is equipped with armchairs and wood benches and with tables and chairs. In the patio you will be able to have fun with a football table. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. You will share the patio with guests staying at another nearby villa.
Patio 2
The second patio is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with two armchairs and with tables, chairs and a swing. From the patio you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery.
Garden
The garden is 900 square meters (9700 square feet). It is partly shaded by tall trees and by a pergola. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue.
Parking
The parking area is shared with guests staying at another nearby villa. The parking space is suitable for two cars. Ground FloorLiving Room 1
The first living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is barrel-vaulted. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable, and include two sofas. In this room you will find a grand piano, for decorative purposes only. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the second patio and the garden through two French doors. The room also has three windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Living Room 2
You will be able to enter the second living room from the dining room. The furnishings include a sofa. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the second patio through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the first living room through an access area. The ceiling is sloped and is made of wood. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The two dining tables can accommodate ten guests. From the dining room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the first living room. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden. The room has two small windows, as well as two glass walls.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the first living room.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the second living room.
First FloorTerrace
The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun lounger. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the Ostra hamlet.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). An additional single bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance with an additional cost -- please enquire with our staff) to make it a triple room. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.
