➤ You`ll have easy access to parking during your stay, but if you`re not bringing a car, Uber and Lyft operate reliably throughout Oshkosh. The central location on Evans Street makes it easy to get to local attractions, downtown, and UW Oshkosh on foot or by ride-share.

➤ Driveway parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. Free street parking is also available, but please note: overnight street parking is not allowed during the winter months (typically November–March) to accommodate city snow plows.
Please avoid blocking sidewalks, neighboring driveways, or the flow of traffic when parking on or near the property. We appreciate your cooperation!

➤ The stairs to the second floor are steep with narrow steps, which may not be ideal for young children or individuals with limited mobility.
➤ The bathroom is small.
➤ The home is not suitable for children under 12 due to steep stairs with narrow treads leading to the second floor.
➤ Exterior security camera is installed at the front door for guest safety.
➤ Please keep the mudroom heater ON at all times to prevent pipe issues in colder weather.
➤ Credit card fees are non-refundable if the reservation is canceled by the guest.
➤ The driveway is narrow, and wide vehicles like large trucks may have difficulty parking along its full length.

➤ Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 9:00 pm.

➤ We will do our best to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs. Advance notice is requested so that we can coordinate with our cleaner’s schedule.

➤ Pets allowed. We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few
additional rules:

● Please note that a $250 pet fee will be applied
● We are unable to host cats, exotic animals, and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive (no dog with any bite history, and no Pitbull, German Shepherd, Belgian Malinois, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Akita, Wolf or Wolf hybrid or any mix thereof), per our insurance policy
● No more than TWO (2) animals, no larger than 75 pounds
● Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets
● Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated

➤ All guests must be at least 23 years of age, unless accompanied by a parent/guardian. Violations of this condition will result in being asked to leave immediately, and there will be no refund!

➤ For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same person as the credit/debit card holder. This person is considered the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental are considered to be the Guest`s invitees, and all discussion regarding the reservation, cancellation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest`s invitees. The Guest understands that we only rent to responsible adults over the age of 23.

➤ Guest must provide us with a valid ID that matches their credit card information

➤ The property is for the use of vacation purposes. Guests shall not use the property for any illegal or unlawful purposes, nor shall the property be used in such a fashion that disturbs or offends the neighbors.

➤ Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible

➤ Guests are required to notify hosts immediately of any damage to the home, including storm damage, or any serious concerns relating to plumbing or electrical issues

➤ Cancellations : Refunds will not be issued due to acts of nature such as : weather, road conditions, power outages, etc. Travel Insurance does provide some protections against these instances, we highly encourage Guests to purchase Travel Insurance. If the property is uninhabitable due to such events, you can reschedule your visit for a future date within one year of the reservation.

➤ Change of Dates Policy : There is no guarantee of approval for changes to your reservation once confirmed.

➤ Repair & Service Calls : We cannot guarantee against mechanical or electrical failure of air conditioning, fans, lights, televisions, or other equipment. Guest agrees to report any inoperative items promptly, and the host agrees to make every effort to have maintenance done quickly. Should a repair person conclude that the equipment is in working order, or that the failure was due to the actions of the Guest, then the charge for the service call will be billed to the Guest and Guest agrees to pay the charge. No refund or rent reduction will be given due to failure of such equipment.

➤ Right to Enter : If necessary, owner or designated vendors may enter the property to inspect or make any necessary or requested repairs. Every effort will be made to give Guests advance notice of entry, and entry will only occur during
