The Penthouse on lovely Lake Huron totally lived up to our expectations for our one week stay. Our host Tim made the checking process easy. Comfortable two bedroom and two baths are perfect for a couples retreat. Kitchen is very well stocked and there’s a convenient party store right across the highway. We enjoyed the firepit in the evening and the sugar sand beach and lake during the day. Very peaceful compared to most of the flashier cabins south of Oscoda.

We had the best time staying in this luxurious, beachfront condo. We walked the beach 1 mile in each direction and could have gone further w no docks, etc in the way. Just beautiful. The grounds are well kept and everything you need inside and out is provided.

Amazing Condo on Lake Huron

We've stayed in Oscoda for the past several decades and this was one of the nicest places. The condo was absolutely beautiful! It was very comfortable and felt like home away from home. We will definitely be back! Also, our host Tim was great-super accommodating and responsive.

My favorite place!

I stay here every year. This year I am staying here twice. It never disappoints. The condo has everything you need, the sunrises are amazing, the beach is raked (so it is perfect), the sandbars are great (and move every year), and the regular residents in other units are friendly. The owner is responsive — even for silly things. It is my happy place.

Absolutely amazing!

You will want for nothing during your stay! Kitchen is completely outfitted, more so than most kitchens in your home. Wonderfully relaxing. The balcony has a grill and generous seating, plus a fantastic view with an inviting beach. We cannot recommed this place enough! This is our second stay and will not be our last. I was looking for a property that would be in close proximity to family members that live in Oscoda. We found the property very comfortable with upgraded decor. The property faced east, so we were able to enjoy beautiful sunrises over the lake. The views were spectacular.

Northern Retreat

Very nicely kept Condo on a beautiful stretch of Lake Huron shoreline. The Condo was well stocked with all the pots pans dishes utensils needed. It had all the convenience of home. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect stay in a gorgeous place

Perfect setting, right on a gorgeous and sandy Lake Huron beach. The condo is even better than described - well-appointed, clean, beautifully decorated, and with literally everything you need for a relaxing get-away. Beach chairs and towels are available. Grilling out on the huge balcony overlooking the water was a lovely way to prepare meals. We even were able to bring our dogs! Tim is a gracious host with lots of recommendations. We will be back!!

Beautiful and Relaxing

Coming off of a very hard year, we needed a quiet and restorative getaway. This place was perfect! Not only was the condo beautifully updated and clean, the location was spectacular. Sunrises, lake and beach views, and the moon reflecting off the lake every night was just wonderful. The condo had everything we needed — everything! We look forward to making it a regular destination.
