âą Boat Ramp/Trailer Parking: There is no boat ramp or launch on-site. We recommend launching and parking your trailer at PB2 Boat Ramp at Lake of the Ozarks State Park.
Property Rules
âą No Events or Parties: This includes, but is not limited to, bachelor/bachelorette parties, large gatherings, or celebrations.
âą No Smoking: Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted inside the property or on the patio. A minimum $500 fine will be issued for violations.
âą No Pets: Pets are not allowed under any circumstances.
âą Grills: Grilling is prohibited at this property due to HOA/fire safety restrictions.
âą Noise & Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are strictly enforced by the complex.
âą Streaming Services: Guests must use their own login credentials for streaming platforms.
